It's McDonald's! STANDARDIZED food products and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Most times: easy ordering/pick up (mobile application-window, counter, kiosk) enjoyable (nostalgic), predictable meal taste (designed and formulated for consistency). You can't go wrong!Dietary restrictions: Your order can be customized. To better serve your dietary restriction necessities.Kid-friendliness: Of course, yes! However, there isn't a playplace.

Being a former regional supervisor for McDonald's in the Raleigh Region, I will have to give honest assessment. There is plenty of room for improvement in the areas of speed, food consistency, and friendly service... however they seem to be doing much better than any other fast-food restaurant in the Southport area.
