Got your attention, spread the toppings on the whole pizza, don't pile it up, the automatic oven could be a little hotter or slow it down too.. otherwise the ingredients they shipped you from corporate were awesome ?, on the bright side y'all didn't burn it, so if I brought it home reheated it and spread out the toppings it'd be so perfect ? yummy

Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude employees. Did pick up, not delivery. Got home and opened the boxes and one was very burnt. Husband called to double check, so they knew we were coming in. The phone rang for a LONG time. The woman cut off my husband mid sentence and snapped at him saying once the pizza leaves the store there is no guarantee. Not what it says on there website. I can't have gluten, so I went hungry and got to watch my husband and kids eat. Never going there again.

I go to this Papa John's every time I go to Oak Island. Great pizzas, fast and friendly service. There is no delivery any longer, but they do have Door Dash.Parking: Easy to get in and out of this area.

The absolute worst consistently horrible Papa John's in existence. A complete failure on every possible level of reality. A Papa John's could be on fire and run by giant mutant leeches, and it would still be 10 points better than this one.
My order got to me and they didn't have the pepsi I ordered I paid for it and instead of the doordash driver going back to the store and getting it they wanted me to call and let them know I didn't receive it. And on that I won't be ordering from papa John's again

I called for a pizza to be delivered which by the way thei pizza is as good as any but when they told me it was going to be an hour to a hour an a half we decided to go with someone else and the other pizza place had us a pizza made an delivered in 35 minutes and they were also very busy and the pizza&chicken was fantastic. No need in waiting over an hour for a pizza that's no better than any one else. The other pizza place was absolutely the best we've had from them and the chicken was so delicious. I will be calling the other pizza place from now on. Papa John's is now at the bottom of the delivery list. May pick up but will not call for delivery ever again. That's 5 times I've try to get pizza from them with such a long delivery time. Sorry papa you lose. Unless I just need a papadias which I do love an crave from time to time. Get your delivery time shorter if you want more business. Have a fabulous day y'all.

Be WARNED THEY USE DOOR DASH NOW!Door dash is terrible, what happened to good delivery drivers? Never again. Last order from Papa John's. Had I known door dash was involved before the text, I would have ordered from someone else. Full disclosure, our delivery driver was friendly and only needed guidance to find our house. I do feel like Papa John's should have disclosed the use of door dash prior to us choosing delivery.

This place really needs to hire delivery drivers. Papa Johns needs to pay them more or something. Out of the past 5 orders with Papa Johns I have only received the correct order once. They have door dash drivers pick them up and they ALWAYS deliver the wrong order. One time I instructed the person where I lived, I had COVID at the time and couldn't answer the door. I told him what I had and kept repeating he had 2 orders. He gave me the wrong one even though I told him "no that is the other order". He left that one at my door anyways. I am becoming frustrated with them not sending their own drivers out here and getting my correct order. Papa John's DO BETTER and pay your drivers more.Oh and not to mention they cut off their online delivery orders on their website during busy times like Memorial Day weekend and the 4th of July. They went to "take out only". You know how much delivery drivers employed with Papa John's would have made at a busy beach town during holiday weekends?

The person we spoke to on the phone couldn't hear or understand menu items (read from the menu). English is not her first language. She was very nice but wound up ordering just regular stuffed crust cheese pie.The kids loved it. Adults not so much
