“I just have to give a huge shoutout to Cyril at Bagels on Pointe because WOW. This place was absolutely packed—busy as heck—and he never cracked under the pressure for even a second. He was incredibly kind, polite, and efficient, all while keeping the line moving and still serving up DELICIOUS bagels.

I was honestly blown away by his demeanor and how he kept everything together with a smile. Employees like him are rare these days. Cyril absolutely deserves a raise!! Please let this be noted loud and clear!“

Had a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel..with tomatoes and red onion...on an perfectly toasted all in one bagel..it was refreshing hearing that N.Y infamous accent all around me..brought back so many memories..Continue to offer delicious fare reasonably priced..Will visit every time I'm in the area!“

“My daughter was craving a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich so we walked from our hotel to this little spot we noticed on a previous visit to Wilmington. They had a great menu and a long line so we figured it was worth the wait. One very welcoming employee was running the show. Taking orders and making the food, going back and forth. We probably waited about 30-40 minutes in line, ordering, and getting our bagels. Daughter got the bacon, egg, and cheese and I got ham and cheese. We got there around 10 am and they were already sold out of several bagel options. The bagels were sooooo soft. Eggs are cooked to order. Will definitely be back to try something else. Noticed a lot of people getting the lox fully loaded with chive cream cheese on everything bagel and the triple double.“

“I placed an online order for a dozen bagels. It was my first time ordering online, I usually just order at the counter. I’m glad I did because the line was almost out the door! Yes, they are that good. I was slightly disappointed at home, however, that the online dozen was not a Baker’s dozen like ordering at the counter always has been.“
