“I just have to give a huge shoutout to Cyril at Bagels on Pointe because WOW. This place was absolutely packed—busy as heck—and he never cracked under the pressure for even a second. He was incredibly kind, polite, and efficient, all while keeping the line moving and still serving up DELICIOUS bagels.

I was honestly blown away by his demeanor and how he kept everything together with a smile. Employees like him are rare these days. Cyril absolutely deserves a raise!! Please let this be noted loud and clear!“

“There was only one employee working with a long line in a REALLY hot store, he was so friendly. Saw that he was arguing with a customer. He tried to be professional, he even remade her order and provided what she asked for and she was still arguing with him. I’ll definitely be back for some more bagels!“
