The place was clean. Customer service was pretty fast.The presentation of the sandwich looked good. I ordered a meatball sub. It was cold and had no flavor. I was disappointed in the taste, but I ended up getting full.

Classic Firehouse Subs experience with exceptional staff!Firehouse subs is a weak spot for me, as I love the hot, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth subs that Firehouse provides. I don't have a Firehouse in my hometown, so whenever I'm abroad, I almost always stop at a Firehouse when I see one.I also love that Firehouse donates their profits to local fire stations. I had the medium Italian sub. It was freshly made and it was a nice blend of flavors with an above average amount of deli meats. The service was spectacular and I was made to feel appreciated by the ownership and staff. I will be back, probably around this same time next week.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly.Parking: The parking lot is shared with a grocery store. Never a shortage.Wheelchair accessibility: Several handicap tables for a good wheelchair fit.
