The place was clean. Customer service was pretty fast.The presentation of the sandwich looked good. I ordered a meatball sub. It was cold and had no flavor. I was disappointed in the taste, but I ended up getting full.

Whoever the new manager has caused this visit to be my last. For the last 3 years I have got a drink for my grandfather who was a 50 year VOLUNTEER firefighter. I asked a lady, who seemed to be the manager for a drink for him, and she said he has to be there with ID. Has never happened before, most the time they are grateful and say Thank you. My grandpa is 86 and cant drive. Some of the worst customer service and human decency I have experienced.

Sandwich was horrible and waterlogged ! Called the “ owner” and explained my situation. Completely rude and unapologetic. Would not refund my money or offer to correct the employee’s mistakes. Stay clear of this organization. Don’t care about their customers or how they make their food!

They don’t serve hot food up until 9pm only cold food?Went to get a sub at 8:30 but they told us the grill had already been shut down for the night and we could only get cold subs.Very disappointed. If you guys have a limited menu after a certain time then it should be posted.

Classic Firehouse Subs experience with exceptional staff!Firehouse subs is a weak spot for me, as I love the hot, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth subs that Firehouse provides. I don't have a Firehouse in my hometown, so whenever I'm abroad, I almost always stop at a Firehouse when I see one.I also love that Firehouse donates their profits to local fire stations. The entire company does amazing work.I've been to many Firehouse Subs locations, but the staff here were uniquely and exceptionally caring, kind, and friendly. I wish I had gotten some names so I could give recognition, but whoever is in charge of the staffing here definitely has an eye for people skilled in customer service.My sandwich was hot, flavorful, and very well-made. Firehouse Subs pickles are to die for.This Firehouse Subs location is a wonderful one to stop in at. The employees are awesome, the food is delicious, the location is clean, and the atmosphere is classic Firehouse Subs. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered an online pick up order and grabbed it to go. Got home to realize the sub had no toppings on it. I called multiple times to try to address the issue but drove back up there since I couldn’t get an answer. They finally answered while I was driving back up and were rude on the call and was told “um we’ve been busy”. Once going back inside the girl I spoke with on the phone, Haley, couldn’t even look up or speak to me. The two other girls in the store didn’t speak much either. Wouldn’t even bother to write a review or return to the store but if I were the business owner I would want to know how my employees act also.

Don't place an online order. I tried to place an order online but it wouldn't let me get past the 'are you a robot' piece. So I placed an order elsewhere. Once I arrived there to pick up my order, I realized I had been charged for the order I had TRIED to place on Firehouse's website. I called the location to let them know what had happened and they did apologize. Then I received an email to fill out a survey for this order, so I did and asked for a call back because I would like to have my money refunded. I haven't heard anything from them.
