“I stopped in this morning with my daughter to pick up a mobile order. The staff that we came into contact with were all nice. While we were waiting for our order I went to the cash register/order area to ask for a cup of ice water. I did have to wait a bit but staff did acknowledge and said they would be with me shortly. It didn't bother me at all and a staff member kindly got me and iced water.

I am surprised by all the poor reviews. When it is a busier time it is normal to have a little wait and as long as staff are welcoming why would that be a bother to someone. Also, mistakes happen and if your drink is not correct and you are respectful you can easily let them know and they will remake it. Having missing foam or something of the like is a terrible reason to give a one star review when you do not even give them a chance to make it right.

I always check my order before leaving any food/drink place and if I am missing something or there is a mistake I nicely let them know and give them a chance to help correct the problem.

This morning even though we had a longer wait than other times you could clearly see every staff member working and bustling around to get things done. It looked to us like everyone was doing their best. People in fast food type jobs don't get enough credit and often deal with a lot of attitude for customers. We should all be kinder or stay home.
