“We really enjoyed The Crow's Nest. We stopped for breakfast one morning and ended up enjoying it so much we stopped another day for lunch. I cannot recommend their chili/panini lunch enough. We enjoyed it with lattes and loved every bit. The only issue we had was parking. There are not many spaces. We actually tried to stop another time and couldn't find a space so we went somewhere else. Besides that issue, the place was amazing.“
“I like Starbucks as a general whole and will give them all a decent rating. This location is clean for the most part and I do visit it frequently but I prefer the one in New Bern as this one for some reason even when I submit a mobile order consistently has given me the wrong drink I just stopped ordering the drink altogether from this location. The staff are really friendly most of the time!“
“My only take away is when you order fries with extra salt and they give you salt packets on your tray. It's a bit of an insult, I don't have to ask for them if I want the packets I can get them myself. I ask for extra salt because I want my fries fresh and salted with the salt at the fry station. This was how I was trained back in the day of working fast food.“
“My husband and I were really craving McDonald’s breakfast food and accidentally over slept and we were going to be too late to get it. I called this location and a very nice lady named Shanay (I’m sorry if I misspelled) went above and beyond to help us get what we were craving for. When we showed up to the location at 11:05 (5 minutes late) she brought it out to us and was absolutely wonderful in person. We really appreciate her and her efforts that she made for us. Thank you so much again!“

“Always full of happy people and the coffee is really great actually. Tastes like coffee not a gas station oily mix with a rainbow hughe on the top. Clean and sociable place with some art for sale and other nice little things besides the boost. Surprised to see the food options to ne honest. No wonder it's always got a full parking lot...“
“Staff is always helpful and smiling! They always remember my fav drink too!! It's clean and nice looking inside. Not much parking at all maybe 2 parks in the front and a few in the back. Drive thru is always pretty packed but quick! Love this Starbucks!“
“Alanah is great. Dropped my Dunkin donuts cup and the lid broke up. Was going to buy another coffee mug. She informed me that they have replacement lids so I didn’t have to buy another cup. James and Sara(h) also always give great service. As well as Jess.“
“This is a cute and cozy little Cafe nestled right in havelock which is kind of a hidden gem. All the food and or drinks I have gotten from here have been excellent the service is as well not to mention the dining area is unique and they have WiFi perfect get away for some morning or afternoon coffee while working. Side note I have the banana bread cold brew with cinnamon foam it was to die for!!“
