“This restaurant is the best Mexican food I have eaten in eastern NC. I moved and still have yet to find a place with as good of food and as friendly of servers as La Patrona. The margaritas are always deliciously strong and the food is decently priced for the portions you get. We were there every week when we lived there. The food always came really quick no matter how busy they were. I miss it so much!”
