“It’s been a few years since I’ve had the opportunity to dine here, but my family I reserved a large table for a birthday celebration there this evening. The wait staff was excellent and the menu provided a very wide selection of food choices. Our food was all cooked to perfection and they got our orders done relatively quickly. We loved the look of the restaurant and variety of chip dips was a nice bonus. We will definitely be coming back here again soon!“

“This restaurant is the best Mexican food I have eaten in eastern NC. I moved and still have yet to find a place with as good of food and as friendly of servers as La Patrona. The margaritas are always deliciously strong and the food is decently priced for the portions you get. We were there every week when we lived there. “The lady with the teal hair who took my order today was very kind and showed fantastic customer service. The line was a little slow, but it was lunch rush so just expect that. I got a chicken quesadilla and root beer and a cheesy roll up for my son. Everything was warm and perfectly proportioned. I've been to taco bells where they either skimp or put too much and your food spills all over the place. Definitely a well ran taco bell from what I've experienced.“

“Great spot for exactly what you’d expect - class American Mexican restaurant. The staff here is very friendly and they have plenty of parking. The bar is large in the back with all kinds of options especially margaritas. We had so much food we definitely left with boxes for later. We especially enjoyed the service from Gladis and chatting with her, she made our visit memorable!“

“This place is actually authentic. The papusas are great! They make the tortillas fresh. The chicken in the tacos was super overcooked, but it could have just been a one time thing. It was good food. They have all you can eat tacos on Tuesday. I told the waitress that is what I wanted, then she charged me individually for the tacos when we got the receipt. 🤷🏻‍♀“
