Starbucks is new in this little town. We are a small community but are populated by a well educated often government employed majority that significantly contribute to local economy. I love Starbucks all the way back to Seattle, but leadership at this new store really need to take notice of some of these complaints regarding your staff. The barista (her name was Stephanie) greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. There was a long drive thru line and inside the store the line was building. Stephanie was still quick with our order. Store was neat and organized and clean. I am visiting the area and had a very pleasant experience at Starbucks.

I like Starbucks as a general whole and will give them all a decent rating. This location is clean for the most part and I do visit it frequently but I prefer the one in New Bern as this one for some reason even when I submit a mobile order consistently has given me the wrong drink I just stopped ordering the drink altogether from this location. The staff are really friendly most of the time!
