The ladies were friendly and efficient. Trying to figure out why they have 3.3 stars. Best dunkins in onslow county. I also like that they put up suggestions on a board to try new types of coffee blends.
I’m a regular on getting my coffee here and the staff is always very pleasant and my coffee always is made correctly
This Dunkin is AWESOME!! Today I came into the store looking for a drink that was peanut buttery but also had that marshmallow flair. The barista, Caroline, was quick to offer up the Fluffernutter Cloud Latte. I quickly said “I need that in my life rn”. Dunkin' serves good coffee and offers a variety of donuts, although some customers feel the donut quality has decreased since they started using frozen products from corporate. The outstanding staff is very courteous, friendly, and professional, providing good service. The location is wheelchair accessible with handicapped parking spots by the front doors. Online orders can sometimes be slow to fulfill, and the drive-thru sometimes plays loud music, but overall, Dunkin' is a convenient spot for a quick coffee and snack. Despite being perpetually understaffed, the hardworking team ensures drinks are always perfect.
