The stay is really great!!
Standard Starbucks. Very solid and dependable.
I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a Venti iced peppermint mocha. I was handed a hot drink instead, and when I politely explained that I had ordered it iced, the employee was very dismissive. She took the drink back, remade it, and handed it to me without any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I even said ‘have a nice day’ and received no response. The drinks are top tier, made consistently and correctly, with specific favorites like the SF blondie with almond milk and the medicine ball mentioned. The store is quick, though the drive-through can sometimes appear long and busy, but it moves fast. The store is kept clean and stocked, including the bathrooms. Customers feel welcome to stay for hours without pressure to leave. It is considered the best Starbucks around by regulars who love their reliable and satisfying experience.
