When I got to the window I didn't have the payment I thought... so she's helped me split the payment which took some other time. And then the scanner wasn't working so she helped me know how to put the Stars on my account.
And if that wasn't enough, at 8:30 in the morning I had a question about roasts and I asked her and I felt so bad but she patiently answered and made me feel like my time was important.
She was so personable and so easy going and gave such focused attention. I absolutely would have understood if she would have been in more of a hurry or a little irritated but boy.... She really does have her presence with the person in front of her and I just thought that was really amazing during the morning when I wouldn't have even been offended if she blew me off a little bit to stay on track.
I just think that's really worth mentioning. ☺️❤️🌼
I feel like driving off from experiences even this small..... Is what makes a person think about your store when they want to stop next time. This one happens to be on my route enough but I pass two others before I even get to you most days. And I just love and appreciate customer service like this and I want to compliment it.“
