“Whenever I stop by the Petco I always stop by Matilda’s for coffee and a cinnamon waffle. I look forward to this treat so much that even though there is a closer petco to my house now, I go out of my way to drive to Sanford just to get Matilda’s. Such a cute little shop, always very kind service, and I cannot stress enough how delicious this waffle is.“

“The staff is always friendly and inviting! The casual/diner style menu is good, but the Filipino food is great. Our family drives an hour to Sanford just to support this awesome business, owned and operated by awesome people!We have been purchasing cookies from Catherine Anne's for several years, and their hand decorated cookies are both beautiful and delicious! We have ordered custom cookies for multiple baby showers, birthdays, holidays, and a wedding; and we are highly satisfied with every order.“
