“As a prior partner to Starbucks of six years, I can say I never charged a customer for a different type of syrup, I substituted it as long as it was within the amount that drink normally took. It’s ridiculous to be charged a dollar for one pump of syrup when I had a total of two pumps of syrup in my coffee, just two different flavors. Also, the store specifically serves military and as an active duty military member, I don’t see how this is treating our service members fairly. I ordered a tall iced coffee with one pump of white mocha and one pump of pumpkin, cream and whipped cream, super delicious, but the price was kind of ridiculous.“
“For the most part, this place is great get my order done right but there’s times when my order is wrong. I tell them how it’s supposed to be and again it’s still wrong and as a customer you don’t wanna have to just keep telling them so please make sure you listen to what people are asking for if you need to write it down then write it down.“
“Used to avoid this location due to unnecessarily long wait times and constant errors with orders. Stopped in recently, pleasantly surprised to have large order correct and in reasonable time with staff overly polite and helpful. Wonder if management changed? Anyway, I'll be returning again.“
“Whenever I stop by the Petco I always stop by Matilda’s for coffee and a cinnamon waffle. I look forward to this treat so much that even though there is a closer petco to my house now, I go out of my way to drive to Sanford just to get Matilda’s. Such a cute little shop, always very kind service, and I cannot stress enough how delicious this waffle is.“

Our family drives an hour to Sanford just to support this awesome business, owned and operated by awesome people!We have been purchasing cookies from Catherine Anne's for several years, and their hand decorated cookies are both beautiful and delicious! We have ordered custom cookies for multiple baby showers, birthdays, holidays, and a wedding; and we are highly satisfied with every order.“
“Love this place! Small town coffee shop with plenty of parking (lots of space for my campervan). Spent 4 hours here while my dog was being groomed at Five Points Pet Resort 3 miles away. Great food, coffee, and friendly service. Also enjoyed listening to K-Love. Got a lot of work done on my laptop during the 4 hours.“
“North state nutrition is amazing!! Every time I get a drink it tastes so good rather it be a tea or a shake! The workers are awesome and super friendly, you can definitely tell that they care about their job and making sure you know about what is in the drinks that they give you. “I’m a regular and the customer service is top tier, the teas are PHENOMENAL.! I always love trying different loaded teas and they never fail to make me dislike a tea, you got semi- sour, sweet, and savory. The vibes in their shop is so chill it’s pretty quit and coming from an introvert If I wanted to spend quiet time I’d chose that place, and not only that the lady who works there is such a mood. She’s pretty chill as far as my interactions have been if you are scared or just don’t know how to make small talk she’ll usually start the convo and it is small talk but idk she’s just chill fr?. The cake pops are so good too, my sister always asks me to get the cake pops and I’m like you don’t need it but they are healthy so you can’t go wrong with it. And for coffee lovers they have frappes so ??♀️. But yeah will I keep buying their teas YES YES I WILL ?“
