“I came from pembroke nc. About a 45 minute drive. I came with my mom my step dad and little sister. The food is TOP TEIR. I've never had BBQ so good in my life. We live 5 minutes from a BBQ spot back home and it's Definitely not hitting like this one MELVIN knows what he's doing. We Lao got the brownie and it wad delicious we ordered one to take home ! The music the atmosphere was awesome. Shout out to my server she was amazing also. She had glasses and a pretty smile. I do food reviews online and I'll definitely be back to do a little video and I'll high recommend everything on the menu my food came fresh hot and it was delicious 10/10 on everything!“

“We ate at this restaurant yesterday and it was amazing. After Church today, we brought our whole family. Everyone loved it. Our 8 year old said, “this is amazing.” Large family cost saving: order the Sweet Grace and share it between two kids instead of ordering multiple Little Grace plates off of the kids menu.“

“Every other time our food would be brought to us in just a few min. Today it took over 35 min., okra was overcooked, my chicken and dumplings had hardly any chicken, mac-n-cheese dry. They did offer free dessert to apologize for taking so long. I usually get the fried flounder which is great.“

“We love Biscuitville and get it at least once a week at work. I had a few items left out of my latest order and a manager called and offered to fix it. This establishment went above and beyond to make sure they have happy customers and I will continue to visit here weekly.“

“The food and Atmosphere was good. Me and my friend waited about 5-10 mins which was ok. Only problem that we had was the waiter. I don't know if it was her first day but it was like she kept forgetting my friends and I were even at the table. Then she brought out the complimentary croissants but no utensils or plates to put the complimentary croissants on. She then forgot our drinks and my friend had to ask her several times to bring her plastic utensils because she doesn't like silverware. Then we had to ask someone else to bring us utensils and plates because she still forgot about us. Then when it was time to order it was like she ordered what she wanted us to have instead of what we asked for. Overall, the atmosphere was nice. I like Cheddar's but the waiter we had served us. She does need more training.“

“We were seated very quickly but then had to wait 10-12 minutes for the waitress to show up. Once she showed and took out drink orders, we were brought coffee but no condiments, creamers no silverware nor napkins. Biscuits were delivered with butter and jelly still no napkins or silverware. Finally got silverware, but still no napkins or creamer or sugars for the coffee. A different waitress brought fresh coffee and creamers. We got napkins from another dining guest at the table beside us. Our food took forever and we were told it was because there was only one cook. The hash round casserole was bland as is it were made without onions. Overall this was our worst experience at any cracker barrel. The waitress acted like she didn't want to be there and brought very little of the things we needed“
