“Everything was as expected except for the service. They made a mistake with my grandson’s order and were so apologetic about it. They fixed the order and gave him a free treat…thanks, you made his day. Thank you for having such a gracious attitude and good service.“

“Best drinks ever. Every place makes their soda differently, via the mixture of syrup and carbonated water. Here, its the perfect combination, making a deliciously crisp and refreshing soda! The pepsi here is my favorite, no other restaurant does it for me. Went to dunn the other day, their taco bell soda wasn't nearly as good! service pretty slow if u go inside to order tho“

“It was a late night and we were just finishing up to go to Cookout. But of course, their line was ridiculous. Then, we went to Wendy's, and they were having malfunctions, so we had Taco Bell and good grief. It was delicious and the people that were working there were kind and respectful and it was a smooth transaction. I couldn't have asked for more from a freaking Taco Bell.“

“The BIGGEST ISSUE that I see, is the lack of willingness to help the customers!! While employees are standing around, waiting for an order to come across the monitor; they refuse to ask if You need help, or even know how to use the kiosk!!!! The kiosk, should be for people who are in a rush, don't like interacting, or have an understanding of technology!!! Older people, are still struggling with kiosk, and middle aged people; like myself, would rather order through a person; so that concerns or modifications can be handled RIGHT THEN; and not after the order is made wrong!!!!“

“This is the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Even the restroom was clean. Employees are very friendly and the restaurant atmosphere was very pleasant. Everyone working there looked happy. This is how every fast food should look like. And the food was made just as I ordered it. Keep the good work.“

“I got ripped off. Instead of listening to me saying I was missing food the server seemed to take it personally that returned and was destined to prove me wrong. She would not listen at all. I never got my tacos and yes I got an attitude. I paid for food I didn't get.“

“The server at the window earlier today Arin was absolutely awesome! She was very professional, kind, and made the whole drive thru experience smooth and easy. The food came out very quickly, everything was accurate, and it tasted amazing. As someone who used to be a manager at Food Lion, I can honestly say I would have hired her based on her attitude and performance alone i would’ve loved to have her on my team.“

“We ordered our food on mobile to the wrong location, they were very helpful and made this order up for us. We have been going to this Location for 5 months and have treated us so good. Baby D and Laniah definitely need a raise, they were so helpful for my mistake and nice about the whole situation.“

“One of places my grandson loves to patronage is Taco Bell after practice and so does his papa because they make a really good grilled steak burrito. There certain dishes you like and prepared by well you get the point. The customer service is always great…“

“This location is interesting so ill start with the important stuff. Food wise they have great quality and deliver semi consistently. I usually go late at night which doubles down on why I gave 5 stars on food. I've only had 1 experience where my drink wasn't good. However that falls to the C02 or the syrup and not necessarily the restaurant food or service. Sometimes you just have mishaps. Keep that in mind anytime that happens with your drink where it tastes weird or wrong and just ask about it. Service is hit or miss sometimes you get people ready to work with good attitudes and other you get your food passed over quieter than a fellowship hall after a funeral and the food was served. But hey at least they wont rush you out. The atmosphere is okay they're usually relatively clean for a fast food establishment. Sometimes the toilet needs attention but dont charge that to the workers or owners someone couldve literally come in 5 minutes before you and let it all go😂. Overall this has been my favorite consistent taco bell. They usually have all the limited time items also.“

“genuinely one of my favorite taco bell locations and i’ve lived in all corners of the USA , The food is always good and warm they’ve never got my order wrong (which is fine if they did humans make mistakes) , and the people who work there are always so sweet!! ^_^“
