Another staff member had made our order incorrectly, but James immediately took the initiative to make it right. Even though it was extremely busy during Memorial Day weekend, he came out into the parking lot to find us and personally ensure we received the corrected order. His outstanding customer service truly made our experience a positive one and is the reason we came back again.“
