“This is the first time I’ve been to this Taco Bell since the remodel. Looks nice. Staff was very polite and friendly. Only complaint is, I ordered through the app while still at home. It took me about 15 minutes to get there and another five in the drive thru before getting to the speaker. I then had to wait, at the window, for 10-15 more minutes. Not sure when they get notified of a mobile order but I feel like if I order ahead and it takes 15-20 before I even get there, the food should be ready. The lady who handed me my food was apologetic for the wait so perhaps this was a singular event. Other than that, though, everything was great!“
“I don’t know who you had on shift today, but let me tell you, I had the best interaction I have ever had at a Taco Bell, everyone was very polite, even told me to have a great day and that they hoped I enjoyed my food. There was a lovely young black man working who again reinforced the “have a great day” 10/10 makes up for any of the other issues I have ran into at Taco Bell!“
