“Mike & Audrey WERE THE BEST EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS! They were so pleasant kind and caring while we placed our order through the drive through. ALL TACO BELL EMPLOYEES CAN LEARN FROM THERE EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE. “Was blown away with fantastic service, and fast food perfection. Obviously this Taco Bell 🔔 is absolutely better than any others I have visited so far in my life.

Seriously, I was very impressed watching a manger run a team and training the gentleman who prepared my meal. I made a custom special order and they nailed it. It took 20 minutes BUT, when handed my meal the employee looked me in the eye and apologized for being so busy. That goes a long way with me.

“I get breakfast nearly everyday at this location as I work at the food lion right next door and I have to say LONNIE I believe she said her name is, is AWESOME! She always makes sure my coffee is made well, she always is very friendly and if there’s ever an issue she’s quick to let me know what’s going on.

“Me and my friend tried out this location for the first time the other day and this Taco Bell location gets five stars for sure. I make a lot of substitutions because I don't eat meat or dairy, and, a lot of other Taco Bell locations, I won't even order from them because they get it wrong over 90% of the time and it just becomes a big hassle. But, this location got everything completely right, which, is awesome because now I can get Taco Bell again!
Also, there was one employee who deserves a shout out, but, I forgot to ask her name! She wears aqua blue glasses though, and, she might have been the manager. If she's not the manager, I think she'd make a really good manager- because of the way she was treating both her employees (or coworkers) and also the customers, too. It was a very pleasant restaurant experience even though we ordered the food to go, it was nice to see everybody working together and it reminded me of a really well managed restaurant I used to work at, and, I liked that.
Oh, and, it was super clean too everywhere I saw. (Didn't go to the bathroom though so I can't speak about that part, but based on the rest, it was probably super clean too.)“

“As I walked into this taco bell, I could instantly tell that the workers were happy and they were also incredibly friendly, not with just each other, but also with customers. The atmosphere was very welcoming. It was no longer a taco bell, it was a taco HOME. The building was very clean as well.

Typically, when I go to a taco bell, I expect the same mediocre food. This taco bell changed my entire perspective. My food was actually made with love, which is a rarity in fast food these days. When I go to a Taco Bell in other locations in the triangle area, my nacho cheese cup for my chips and cheese are barely filled up halfway- if i'm lucky! At this location, my nacho cheese cup was filled up all the way. I got extra cheese on other items as well and they ACTUALLY gave me extra cheese! I'm vegetarian, so I order all my items with beans instead of meat, all of my items were made correctly which I appreciate so much. A lot of Taco Bell locations will also skimp on all their ingredients, this location does not. Thats something I very much appreciate. Typically, when I walk into a taco bell and I order off of the kiosk, I have to ask a worker for my drink. Which I don't mind doing but I do feel bad having to interrupt employees when they are busy. When they handed me my food here, they also got me my drink without me having to ask! Maybe I've been going to bad taco bells, but they raised the bar today. I am incredibly happy with this location. I do not think I will go to any other Taco Bell but this one after today“

“Went to this location for the first time and placed a mobile order. The employee working was wonderful. We didn’t catch his name, sadly, but he was working ~4pm on 3/8. He was very efficient and thorough. We also realized after leaving we forgot to ask for sauce, but when we opened our boxes when we got home, there were sauces of each variety packaged nicely in a little bag. Great service and super thoughtful!“

“This location is the best Taco Bell location I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a DoorDash order tonight. I worked hard at a restaurant myself, and everything arrived so perfectly made with care and so delicious. I've actually been going out of my way to order from this specific location for awhile because they keep knocking it out of the park every time!

Tonight I had a Mexican Pizza, so full of all my stuff extra toppings I paid for, a mini taco salad, also filled to the brim with all my extras, some nacho fries, freshly fried, and a chalupa, so delicious. Everything fresh!

“This review specifically is for the shift that was working at 12:00 a.m. between November 1st and November 2nd.
Note I am a delivery driver.

The place was swamped some orders took 30-40 minutes to get out.

But I'm not complaining.

I want to give a shout out to that whole crew. They were killing it.

I've never seen a hustle like that in a long time and I'm over half a century old. They did everything they can to get those orders out and as fast and efficient as possible.

Especially I want to shout out to the guy who was handling the main Prep Station and calling out the names, I didn't get his name but that man deserves a raise.

To the Taco Bell management their your team there was awesome, maybe some people couldn't appreciate their work due to the swamped overload but I'm telling you I wish I had a team like that working for me.“

“I visited this location today. It was my first visit to any Taco Bell since before the pandemic!
So, I completely failed on the app and placed my order at an entirely other location. The folks inside were super kind and tried to help. Long story short the manager came over and after a brief chat solved my mistake. I was happy with my food and service going the extra mile. I wish I’d of gotten the manager’s name. It’s her store. “As far as Taco Bell goes, this one is tops! Good tasting food at a good price. People here were very friendly. Food is what you expect with smiles from the kitchen and only automated kiosks for ordering. Update that the people are good here and very pleasant even if ordering is by kiosk.“
