“I stopped by this Taco Bell for dinner just after 5 PM on a Friday evening. The restaurant had a steady flow of customers while I was there, but it wasn't overly busy. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk, which makes it easy to customize items exactly how I want them and pay quickly. There is also a traditional register, although I haven't seen it actively staffed during my visits.
My food was prepared quickly and the order was accurate. Everything was hot, fresh, and the quality I expect from Taco Bell. I was also pleased to see that both the drink station and the condiment area were clean and well stocked with napkins, utensils, and sauces. On previous visits, that hasn't always been the case, so it was nice to see improvement.
Overall, the restaurant was clean, but I did notice a few tables and seats with crumbs that could have benefited from a quick wipe down. Nothing was excessively dirty, but having a team member periodically check the dining room would help keep the area looking its best.
Overall, this was a good experience at the Wake Forest Taco Bell. The food was hot and correct, service was fast, and the restaurant was generally clean. I would visit this location again.“
“I will definitely return here. The food was perfect and the order came out correctly the first time. Sadly, getting the order correct is a rarity these days but this place was spot on. They properly begged our large order into separate bags whereas nothing was crushed. The only reason this isn't a five-star rating is because they removed the menu, fired all the cashiers, and forced everyone to take kiosk orders. I will definitely return but wish they would have actual people again“
