Taco Bell in Durham

“I have had bad drive through experiences here so I walked inside this time. Sometimes they are frugal with sauces but not today. I ordered from the kiosk, 3 tacos and 2 taco supremes. My bag had 5 taco supremes. I didn't pay for the upgrade and usually don't eat supremes but I was back home and I don't dislike supremes so I ate them. Staff was nice so I didn't call back to complain.“

“Super nice folks working there so I’m not going to roast too badly. But, the prices at this location are WAY elevated compared to stand alone locations. Example: pizza is $4.99 at the stand alone location near me (way too much to start with) and $6.49 at the mall location. Nearly $10 for Mexican Pizza and a small drink. Just be aware….“

“I always order online via the app for pickup. My order is always correct and ready for pickup when I get there. Staff is always courteous.

Accuracy and efficiency cannot be taken for granted especially at some Taco Bell locations. This location in my experience has been consistently accurate and efficient.“

“EDIT 12/5 Went back today and the food and staff were much better! Would absolutely recommend.

The employees were very busy and the soda machine was broken. I understand they are short staffed, and that does suck, but they could definitely use more training. I got a normal soft taco combo meal and they put the wrong sauce in and put black beans in one of the tacos in place of beef. They also gave me a random biscuit (combination taco bell KFC) the food came out slow and wrong, but I do feel for the staff. They could use more support, and I'm sure once they get it things will be better! They were super nice and apologetic, so will likely go back again when it's slower so they can take their time to get things right.“

“I come here pretty late after work most Fridays. My order is always correct, fast, and hot. The people working there work super hard, and they manage to still have a sense of humor even after being understaffed. They deserve a lot more recognition and praise than I’m sure they get — I literally go out of my way just to come here rather than the Taco Bell 1 mile from my house ( in north Raleigh ) because they do such a good job. Thank you guys !“

“The rice was overcooked and the burritos I specifically asked for extra rice and the they didn’t … make it that way .soft potato taco has just bit of potato’s and almost missing lettuce and cheddar cheese…
Not eatable…. Dry Tortillas ….“
