“If you want to feel taken care of and at home, this is the place. Food is great, portion sizes are more than enough. I ordered enchiladas and a burrito because I am used to having to order that much and I was full after my first plate. What really makes me want to go back is their service. DoorDash was unable to pick up my order and the restaurant sent a driver to ensure I received my food. I've never had that happen and I think it really sets them apart from other restaurants. Great people, great food, try them out!“

The GM Jamie , Dining Director April and their team were very professional and took care of all detail - printed personalized drink menu and allowed decoration setup, worked a prescribed menu with us. “The absolute best torta I've ever had in the United States. I've been looking for one like this for many years after having had them in Mexico. Beans, meat, onion, lettuce, tomato, avocado, jalapeño, and really good cheese on perfectly grilled bread. BTW this was my third visit to this restaurant, I've also been impressed with their tacos and huaraches. I recommend the brisket (suadero) for your taco and your torta!“

I met the owner Yas and he was extremely accommodating and open to my questions about the restaurant as I’ve never been to this chain before. All the ingredients were very flavorful, and they have a strong selection of proteins. I found the portions to be very strong, and they even let me try certain items which was nice. I really enjoyed the Sriracha ranch!

The only negative was that the woman who put on the sauce, really drenched it in sauce before asking do you like a lot of sauce or a little, and I told her a little, but it was way too saucy already. I told her it was fine, but I would just ask before saucing how much sauce somebody wants!

Overall, will definitely come back and think that Yas and his wife, who run it together, are doing a great job!“

“Excellent food and I love their dessert, flan! I've had many meals at Mi Calvillo that have been great. My favorites are the Ultimate Fries, Chicken Flautas, Carnitas, and the most convenient of all are the Quesatacos. You can choose you choice of protein over a crispy torilla with melted cheese. On top of the generous protein portion, they pile on lettuce, salad fixings, cheese, and a garnish of pickled onions. The Quesataco is one of my favorites. I usually get dessert and my favorite is their flan.“

“This was our first time at Gym Tacos and we are glad we came. I loved the el Pastor taco and my husband loved the carne asado taco. I could have eaten 6 of them. We also got the chips & salsa and rice and beans. The chips & salsa had the right amount of kick. I prefer rice to be softer but the flavor of the rice and the beans was perfection. The pineapple water is to die for, and each plate of tacos is served with pickled carrots and onions that will drive anyone mad! The staff is always so friendly and our food is always prepared promptly. This really is a family favorite and a must-have at least once or twice a month! I wish they would sell the pickled carrots by the gallon. LOL, they're that good!“
