Nicest workers. Greatest food.
Never had a more delicious simple veggie breakfast burrito along side green chile sauce, so fresh, can't wait to try their other menu items!

Hatch Burritos is a neat restaurant known for its flavorful and made-to-order burritos. The food is often described as very tasty and fresh, with strong portions that satisfy many customers. Popular choices include the Steak Lunch Burrito, Adovada con Papas Burritos, and breakfast options like the Steak and Egg Burrito and roasted pork burrito. The sauces, especially when smothered style, are highly praised, adding to the delicious experience. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly staff and the quick online ordering process, with burritos ready on time.
However, some common critiques include the size of the potatoes in the burritos, which are quite large and sometimes too big to enjoy comfortably in each bite. Several customers suggest that cutting the potatoes into smaller cubes or making them crispy would improve the experience. The texture of the burritos can suffer when they are kept warm for too long, as they become steamed and less desirable. Additionally, some find the steak chewy and prefer to disassemble the burrito to better enjoy the sauces and ingredients.
Overall, Hatch Burritos offers a warm, flavorful, and fresh dining experience with friendly service. It’s a place that many look forward to returning to, especially for breakfast burritos and flavorful chili-inspired dishes.
