“We had the nachos gabacho and drinks (wine snd margaritas). Perfect casual meal! The waitress was attentive, food snd drinks came fast, very tasty. The only downside was that it was very warm inside. (Of course, it was 90+ degrees outside.) A couple of ceiling fans would be helpful. We will be back!“

“Found this place while visiting Cary DMV. Authentic Mexican taste and salsa bar (saw it for the first time at a Mexican restaurant here in NC after moving from west coast).
The jukebox music was too loud for comfort. The server missed our waters. But the food was good!“

“The restaurant has been tastefully redecorated - a modern, clean look, with big windows looking out over the pond next door, and a nice outdoor dining area. tasteful, not loud background music. This is definitely NOT a typical tex-mex place. The chef has trained in Mexico, and the dishes are all superbly prepared. We go to Mexico frequently, and the tortilla soup was among the very best we've ever tasted. The mole enchiladas were superbly rich and flavorful. The flan's description is far too modest. They left out the black raspberry, blueberries, mint garnish and orange/brown sugar glaze. Wow! Service was attentive and helpful. Not a fancy place, but a place to return to again, and again. At least 5 stars!“

“While driving by, this food truck caught our attention. We decided to take a chance, and glad we did! Pupusa and tacos were so good! The garnishing was also something that I appreciated. The guy working the truck and cooking was friendly, food was made in a timely manner. Would definitely come back to try some other items!“

“Admittedly, not a big Moe’s fan. Never seemed to get into it (not sure why); just didn’t hit like I needed it to hit for me to fan out. But I went today and get a stack. Basically a fuller, richer Crunchwrap. There’s probably an actual Spanish word for it but idk what it is.
Best Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. This is my new food hyperfixation.

“Tijuana Flats is a very giving franchise. They donated taco bar for 30 teachers at the school I work at, and everyone was so appreciative. Any business that’s willing to give, I’m willing to support. The tacos were also phenomenal!!!“

“This location is the best in the Triangle. I have been taking my family here for more than 15 years, and I cannot say enough how much I appreciate how helpful this crew is in getting your meal however you may want it! They have been so incredibly consistent in the enthusiasm. Love this place.“
