“We love this place. Eat here almost every week. All the ladies are so nice and attentive. Food is very good.“

“This place consistently makes delicious meals. The staff has always been helpful to us, and they have lots of opportunities for discounts & deals through their app. Clean bathrooms, plenty of soft drink options, & fresh ingredients. We did have one less than stellar experience here (I recommend beard guards for staff), but the other times (many) have been great.“

“Quick and inexpensive. Large vegetarian menu options. I love the cheesy bean and rice burrito and the black bean crunchwrap supreme. We've tried the Mexican pizza, tostada, meximelt, and green burrito, too. I'm glad to see the caramel apple empanada back on the menu. I wish it was staying, although the price has gone up considerably... from $1.00 in the early 2000s to $2.99! It's still delicious, so we have bought them several times. What can I say? Nostalgia...“

“This is my new favorite restaurant in all the triangle! The very best Tex Mex you can get!“

“We have watched this building go from one bad restaurant to another. We finally decided to try the present MI CANCUN because I had read many great reviews. It lived up to its reviews. Amy, Ashley, and Kimberly were awesome. Good came out quick and hot. Margaritas were as good as advertised. We highly recommend. We will be back“

“Great food! James helped us today— all staff is great!“

“I stopped by this place on a random drive day, and I’m glad I did so. Amazing Mexican food, and fresh juices. Their tacos and burritos are way above your $$$ restaurant experience. The lady running this place is polite and courteous. Beautiful location too.“

“This resturant is awesome. The staff is terrific (all smiles), especially Carlos G. He's super attentive, knowledgeable and will help you with any questions or requests. The food is always right on point! Wait times are mininimal if any and the atmosphere is pleasant and super clean. This is by far our favorite Mexican Resturant.“

“Buena comida y buen servicio.“

“I keep coming back so this is a review of three or more times!I tried- tortas with legua- tacos with al pastor, chorizo, and legua- Hawaiian tortas- churrosI would say all of them are really good with fast service and generous portions! I love the tortas the most, Hawaiian was a really interesting approach with plenty of things inside: hotdogs, fried egg, warm pineapple, all other things, it’s so big that it took me some time to finish it.I really like lengua as well, and I think it goes the best with their hot sauce (but on the side because it’s really spicy)And churros, can’t you see how huge and gorgeous the plate is? I feel guilty bc every time I came back I need to fight my desire to order more of it. Best churros I have ever had.“

“The food was so excellent every time I've been“

“Went for the first time on Saturday March 6. I got a beef taco and my kids got the same. I also ordered a side of rice. The food took about 8 minutes to make. We opened up our taco and it looked delicious. There was a little lime in all our taco meals. The taste was amazing! The tortilla was authentic and delicious as well! The rice was the best I ever had! We will be back to try more tasty menu items!“

“I’m a satisfied Texan!! Every experience is a true reminder of the hometown food that I grew up on and enjoyed!! Very authentic ingredients and flavors made fresh daily!! Thanks for the great service & I’m looking forward to seeing y’all again soon!“

“I believe that these guys are serving the best mexican food in Apex! Their food is bursting with flavor, served hot and ready within a reasonable time with each order. I have tried many food trucks and have yet to fine tacos seasoned the way that these guys do it! My favorite items on their menu are the steak and chicken tacos. Their steak and chicken are seasoned to perfection! I highly recommend this business! Keep serving great food guys!“

“La mejor comida que e probado sin grasa todo fresco 😍 la mejor comida super recomendado“

“I DONT RECOMMEND THEM. I went in for lunch, placed my order, paid for it and was told to wait 15 min. 3 people behind me received their food first and 1 of the customers ordered the SAME thing I order (and I was told it took a little while to cook) and that customer got his before me. when I asked why, she told me " yeah they sometimes make the food for the customers they know first" oh really? then you don't need my business . Yes, I got my money back!!“
