“I pass this food truck all the time and finally had a chance to stop and it was well worth it! We got a steak burrito and 3 tacos which were all delicious. The sides were fresh and I liked the cucumber in addition to the standard radish and lime. I'll be going back as soon as I can.“
“One of our favorite trucks. The food is always delicious and packaged with care. The staff are always friendly and even when they're busy the wait is very reasonable. The agua frescas during the summer months are very sweet but refreshing.“
“We heard of this restaurant from my parents and went solely based on the constant packed parking lot. When you enter you aren’t sure if you came in the right door but your met with the most hospitable servers. The layout and vibes are casual but clean. Our server was so attentive getting us refills on chips and drinks before we ever were close to running out. I ordered the Al pastor tacos that came out hot and delicious! I got the side salad that had cheese, mandarin oranges, tomatoes, and a vinaigrette that was perfect! Definitely would recommend this restaurant!“
“We were working in Raleigh area for several days. Ate her a few times. Best Mexican restaurant I have ate at in my opinion. Service was fantastic. Made guacamole dip right in front of you. We chose to eat at the bar and the atmosphere was amazing!! Bartender was super nice!!“
“Great Mexican food. Self service. Parking available. We had soft chicken tacos, quesadillas and a burrito. The burrito is more appropriate to our taste bud as an Asian. The rest was okay, not great. We tried their flan which was a bit disappointing. However, they are a very busy place. A lot of Mexican people eat there. Worth giving a shot.“
“I eat Mexican on the regular when I'm not cooking. So I pretty much know the Mexican restaurant in the area. I had a favorite that was our go to ( still is if I am on that side of town). Best since Fiesta has opened, I admittedly would come here for the convenience and then food. They wete definitely a 2nd choice. I wasn't convinced about this place until I tried the chicken soup. Up until today, I have ordered take out about 6 times. Today, we ate; nice setting, clean, good music. I tried the soup; plenty of shredded chicken, just enough rice, enough avacado, but the broth, the broth was on point! Top with the lime and you will be craving the soup from then on! They have moved to 1st pl.“
“The most authentic birria tacos I've ever had. I called in to order 30 tacos for my wife's birthday and they made it on the appointed day and time for me! Awesome tacos, awesome customer service, and great price! Our only place to get great Mexican food around the Fuquay and Holly Springs area!“
“The best tacos I have tried in the entire food truck area, I ordered for a taco of each type of meat and they are all of excellent quality meat and flavor. The gorditas and Sopes are unique ,they are the largest I have eaten and delicious, my cousin ordered a burrito with extra beans which they charged extra cost, but it seemed fair to us ,everything extra has a cost everywhere , and for trying this delicious food we have no problem , on the contrary, we even leave a tip for the good service.“
“Do yourself a favor and try the steak quesadillas. They’re a little pricy at a little over $13 a plate, but they come with rice and beans too. This is by far the best quesadilla I’ve had from a Mexican restaurant. Lots of cheese and the best tortillas.“
“First time here, but it definitely won't be the last! Service was top tier! They made us feel at home, and were patient while we stared at the menu for 5 minutes. The place was very clean, the chips were fresh, salsa was great, 10 out of 10. They give Chipotle and Moe's a run for their money for sure!“
“Pretty nice place . Been wanting to try Birria Ramen forever . It was very good but was expecting a little for flavor from the meat . Good portion size also . Also tried a single Birria taco as well , also pretty good . Glad to have found a place like this will “
“This is where you go for lunch or dinner for work. It's not a Mexican restaurant. It's a taqueria. The salsa bar comes with every meal so make sure to load up. I can't recommend this place enough if you want quick delicious food.“
“Not only was the atmosphere incredible but our server Miguel was outstanding! I had the pork belly tacos and it was incredible. The best I’ve ever had in my life! We have a new go to Mexican spot. If you want authentic delicious, Mexican food, this is your spot. !! Muy Muy Muy Delicioso!!!!!! oh, and they make the guacamole in front of you and the Lady was incredibly nice and that was the best guacamole EVER!!!!“
“The food is great. This location doesn’t have the kids quesadilla on the online order process, which means you have to call. When you call, the line is always busy. I’d very much prefer to not pay extra when my kids won’t even eat even half of the food. The atmosphere is what you’d expect. It’s clean, and they are very fast with food, drinks, etc. It’s just that we carry out far more often that we eat in so…“
“I live in Apex, but I'll head to Garner on a regular basis now that I've found Cocula. I love authentic Mexican food, and this restaurant is the place to find it.I ordered the Enchiladas Supreme off the dinner menu. A wonderful selection of four enchiladas—cheese, ground beef, chicken, and bean—were beautifully displayed on the hot plate when it arrived. The enchiladas were topped with a delicious red sauce, sour cream, and shredded cabbage. The texture of the enchiladas was so smooth that each bite melted in my mouth. The wait staff is fantastic! The service was great, with the waiter checking on me regularly before, during, and after eating. When I clumsily dropped a glass and it shattered into many tiny pieces, the wait staff immediately reassured me that it was OK as they quickly swept up the mess I had made. My embarrassment quickly turned to gratitude. This is a friendly, welcoming place, with comfortable booths and a nice atmosphere. The food and the wait staff make it a treasured find. I can't wait to go back.“
“Been loving this food truck for years. Some of the best tacos we've had and at a great price. The green sauce is fantastic and spicy. Their veggie tacos are the best veggie tacos I've ever had. Not a fan of the veggie torta but otherwise can't go wrong. The chorizo is my favorite non veg “
“We have now been to all of the Mi Cancun locations in this area multiple times, and everytime are blown away at the quality and quantity of the food, the speed at which it is served, how happy all their staff is, and even the quality if the drinks created and their presentation all for a super value compared to many Mexican restaurants in the zone. For fun, festive, and great food and service for the dollar, no one beats this chain. I commend the owners/management team for what they have created here and ask only that they keep doing what they are doing!“
“We lived in Apex for 16 years, dining here once a week because the food, service and prices were all excellent. Antonio and his staff make you feel like family. We’ve recently moved to Wendell but continue to see doctors and dentists in Apex, excited to schedule appointments around lunchtime so we can enjoy another fabulous lunch. We were there last week and it was exactly what we needed.“
“Stopped for dinner for the first time. Wow, service led by Mia the hostess and Jack of all trades and our waitress Shelby knocked it outta the park! Food was great, it was enjoyable sipping cocktails watching the staff hustling and working together to feed lots of hungry people. I congratulated the Manager for having a well trained staff who has each other's backs. Thanks again.“
“What a pleasant surprise! I was getting tires across the street and just happen upon this place. No joke, the chicken burrito I got was really great. Easily in the top 3 Mexican food trucks I visit in the entire Raleigh area. It could easily be the best, just depends on the taste you’re after at this point. Definitely try it out. Only downside now js I’ll have to fight the steering wheel every time I drive by. Thanks!“
“Been to this location a few times now and the food is always great. The salsa tastes fresh and made with cilantro.A tad on the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for. I ordered the chicken fajitas, the chicken and vegetables were cooked perfectly. My only very minimal gripe is I wish the tortillas were slightly larger. Other than that this place is well worth the money.“
“I have always wanted to try this spot but never had the time. You know a spot is good when you find people from that same ethnicity or region patronizing the place. I went around lunch time and it was packed. I ordered the Tacos went to the car, eat it all and came back and ordered some more! Unfortunately, I have no pictures of the tacos but I do have of the fried tilapia and I can tell you it was hot, fresh and delicious!“
“We just like the food and the personable service and friendly atmosphere. We moved to the area from Arizona and have been looking for a Mexican restaurant that reached our likes.Vegetarian options: I personally prefer the vegetarian chili relleno.“
“I love the people that dedicate so much time and effort to this food truck! Every time I visit they are super friendly. Yes, you may have to wait a bit for your food but everything is made fresh to order and DELICIOUS. So, it's well worth the wait. If you're adventurous, definitely try their tacos with "lengua". 9 times out of 10 I will get the quesabirrias though. A few restaurants in the area offer this on their menu, but nobody makes them as well as this place.“
“We found this place driving by and we order 2 burritos, 1 order of 3 empanadas, a Chicken taco and 1 Esquite.First the costumer service was really friendly, helpful with the ingredients and fast too.The food tasted authentic as well as the service.100% recommended. We definitely coming back soon!!!“
“I recently ordered a catering order from Frida's for 15ish people and ordered it DAY OF the event. Not only did Frida's deliver it but everything was absolutely amazing. The food was hot, fresh and everything was top notch and absolutely delicious - highly recommend for catering. I will definitely be checking out the restaurant in person sometime soon as well!“
“I tried one of their house specials, the fajita nachos. It was a unique version of nachos, and tasted delicious. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely eat there again. The only complaint about the nachos was the cheese could have been thicker, so it didn't just all pool at the bottom of the nachos instead of actually being on the nachos. My Mom, whom I took there with me, thought they forgot to put the cheese on the nachos, until I told her she needed to scoop it from the bottom of the plate.“
“Obsessed with their steak tacos, so delicious. I eat here at least once a week, sometimes (more than sometimes tbh) more. Their spicy red sauce is on point, great heat and good flavor. Highly recommended. Can find them here fairly reliably, sometimes swapped with Azteca, another excellent taco truck. Heard they might have the same owners? Not sure, they're of comparable if not identical quality though.Honestly I'd eat here every day, totally addicted.“
“Good tacos, reasonably priced. Pretty good salsa - I preferred the salsa verde.I love me some asada tacos, so I ordered two of them, 1 pastor, and 1 carnitas. They came with sliced cucumbers - never seen that before, lime and salsa. They were delicious and I would definitely go back. Maybe even tomorrow. I would have liked to have some chilis with the tacos, may sliced pickled jali's or something like that, but Im not complaining.Nothing more to say.“
“I stopped by this place on a random drive day, and I’m glad I did so. Amazing Mexican food, and fresh juices. Their tacos and burritos are way above your $$$ restaurant experience. The lady running this place is polite and courteous. Beautiful location too.“
