“Stephanie Food Truck was amazing! First of all, they came the day before to introduce themselves, make sure they knew the location to park the truck so there would be no delay, and they had enough people on hand to take care of the staff in a quick orderly fashion. On the day of our event, they showed up one hour early, staff filtered out and they served 111 people in an hour. The food was wonderful, Romero was so kind. The price, well let's just say - I was very pleased at the discount he offered and we WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN! “This is my weekly routine stop when I want really good food that reminds me of home. Been eating with them for the past few years, and this is the only place that can actually serve the same quality of food every day. There are no bad days.
They also serve lunch from 11am to 2-3pm for the price of $15?? You get a protein, 2 sides, a side of soup, and a drink for $15? That’s a steal in today’s economy. My 2 American friends who eat kids' food also approve of this place, especially the lunches.
Pepitos are my top recommendation. A hot dog with everything to start. My wife always eats the empanadas, to eat there and to go. The patacones are really good and the quantity is the size of Texas.“

We personally have been loyal customers and fans of Gussy's food truck and although we moved out of NC for 7 years, as soon as we saw they were part of this establishment we knew we were going to go on opening day! “My Jamaican mom was visiting here, and we were visiting our Jamaican family, and boy the food was so good! We had the curried goat, oxtail, rice and peas, fried plantains, baked mac and cheese and cabbage! The goat and oxtail were so tender, just how it should be! The fried plantains, mac and cheese and cabbage were so flavorful and just perfect! 10/10!!!!! The service great too because we ordered alot and they were able to separate everything how we wanted. Everyone was very friendly! Truly nothing negative to report, we got the food in a good amount of time too! Thank you Angies, we will certainly be back!“

“So good! I repeat so so good! Reminds me as if I am in Colombia! The food is So unique though to this truck. The Steak so tender! The sauce so delicious! The added cheese on the Pinto Beans is such a nice touch! They give you a ton of food for great value so go hungry! Seriously this place should have a line every night the are open. “Let me put yall on ! This is the BEST Mexican spot I have found in lil ol’ Lehigh ! Im so beyond picky about the quality of my Mexican food, buttt Tacos Ardiente hit the spot. I don’t have a gallbladder and food can be a hit or a miss but I feel so full and healthy after eating my enchiladas. I don’t feel gross or heavy. The food was honestly so spectacular. The gentleman at the front counter who took our order was so sweet and upbeat. The vibes and food quality is a 10 out of 10 ! Very fair priced in my opinion, I’m glad I tried the lil shop in the corner !“

“Can't go wrong with a taco truck no matter where you are in America. Loved the 3 chicken tacos and 3 steak tacos with all the onions. I used the green sauce on the steak tacos and red fire sauce on the chicken tacos. All delicious tacos.“
