Love the fine folks serving up create and delicious breakfast. Portions are generous enough to share.
Queen Eggxpress' breakfast burritos are my favorite in Durham. Both vegetarian options are delicious and come with a house-made side of salsa. Be warned, the burritos are massive, so you can usually get away with sharing one with another person or saving half for later. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the food is cooked quickly. A bonus of being at The Can Opener is that you can grab a coffee while you wait for your order.

The meat lovers burrito, Philly cheesesteak burrito, breakfast burrito with turkey sausage, chicken chorizo breakfast burrito, and Quenrrito are all top tier. Portions are giant and big on flavor, but customers do not feel gross after eating. The food is delicious, fresh, and made to order, with an authentic touch. The buns are absolutely amazing. The truck parks with covered seating and inside seating, plus coffee options and a full array of drinks and cocktails inside. Service is excellent, quick, and the family that owns it is very sweet. Pricing is normal for a food truck, offering good price and generous portions for an incredible flavor.
