Would like to give a zero. Stopped by for dinner a couple nights ago. At drive through was told they were closed as no employees showed up. Something is seriously wrong with this franchise.
My son drove 7 miles, in the rain for me to get bad service with an attitude from a female worker. Spent over $11 for the sorry, soggy, barely filled Chalupa, sm tea and cinnamon nasty, stale crisp. The bread was under cooked and floury.Also, I had no idea you can only order a "Create Your Cravings Box" online and not at a brick and mortar (which is what I wanted in the first place). The food was so good today! I was nervous to go here because Taco Bell’s in Durham typically are rough but this one was on point. Staff was nice, food was not and looked like the picture. Give everyone a raise!
