Rude staff poor customer service needs new management

Long wait and never gets the order right if your going to advertise a new menu you should produce that not giving people regular quesadilla off the regular menu stuffAlso I complained to corporate and no response on stealing I paid more to get the basic stuff I understand the short staff but then corporate needs to change the hours or respond back to complaints, to make it right this location just needs to be shut down at this point.

I just arrived at this place a few minutes ago and there were only two employees and a girl who is supposed to take orders, she was quite rude, she tells us to go to the front, then we go to the window again (the doors were closed and she didn’t want to attend to us where one is supposed to pick up. And she tells us not to bother her. Nobody was asking for it was buying. Very bad service, the staff should be changed.

Was allowed to order dine-in but then was told dine-in was closed after sitting down, and that I should have used the drive-thru despite the front door being unlocked and self-ordering station being fully open. I don't have a car and could not have gone through the drive-thru and had to throw away my order after eating a few bites of it outside in the rain because I don't have a way of bringing it home.I previously also waited 20 minutes for my food on two separate occasions out of coming to this location less than 10 times.

Extra beef no sour cream...don't see any beef. They forgot to put it in the bag then gave me this. This taco bell consistently sucks

The food was so good today! I was nervous to go here because Taco Bell’s in Durham typically are rough but this one was on point. Staff was nice, food was not and looked like the picture. Give everyone a raise!

My son drove 7 miles, in the rain for me to get bad service with an attitude from a female worker. Spent over $11 for the sorry, soggy, barely filled Chalupa, sm tea and cinnamon nasty, stale crisp. The bread was under cooked and floury.Also, I had no idea you can only order a "Create Your Cravings Box" online and not at a brick and mortar (which is what I wanted in the first place). The worker told him he had to get and pay for any items individually priced. I gave him enough money to get something for himself but he declined to order because of the bad service.To finish out my birthday week like this is a drag. I won't be ordering online nor at your business again. I'm taking TACO BELL off my radar. What happened? You used to be great ?
Manager AJ shut down drive through line after waiting in line for 20 minutes. She said that she is only able to accommodate Uber online orders. Extremely unprofessional, don’t waste your time at this location.
