“awesome!!! until today, i’d never had taco bell served by a friendly worker or served piping hot/made correctly. today was the first time. thank you! the person working the drive thru was delightful today at 3:30. all the food came out fast, correct, HOT! 5 stars!“

“This taco bell specifically has the friendliest workers ever and I go there semi consistently. I've never had a bad experience and the only downside is they occasionally have the stupid AI voice to take your order. The food is otherwise typical for taco bell.“
“This Taco Bell did an AMAZING job! They got every item correct and in the bag and it was all hot and fresh and tasty. I did an order on the app ahead of time and they whipped it up in no time and then when I arrived to pick it up, the employee was super nice and had a big smile! The one farther down on Battleground ALWAYS messes up my order or forgets something. This location is the one to go to!!!“

“This is my favorite taco bell in the area, despite being closer to the gate city location. Service is always great and the food is good for taco bell standards. Went for lunch with friends and ate inside, somehow accidentally left my wallet on the windowsill of the booth. I have an airtag so when I realized it was there I circled back. It had been about an hour if not more and immediately the employees asked if I was back for my wallet. They had me confirm my name and then retrieved my wallet from their safe.“
“This is the only taco bell I go-to whenever I have that once in awhile taco. It's always good to me. I get in and out and my food is always hot and Made right. I appreciate the employees for their efforts and I need others to remember to appreciate them too. Fast food isn't easy and I know first hand, so they are doing good.“
“A Taco Bell that never disappoints. The location sometimes can be a little hard to get it of at peak times (when the traffic is high on the main street) but going up and through the Walmart and then coming down through the light is always an option.“
“I went by today for lunch since this one is close. Service was top notch and the guy at the window is on it!! The difference in staffing is starting to show and guys like him deserve a raise, also shoutout to the rest of the crew. I was there around 3:15/3:20 today.“

Friendly service and not too long of a wait, and treat everyone well (well at least when I was there) Food was great, and even got hooked up because of a small error of forgetting, that he ( maybe the manager) fixed right away. Good experience and I'd definitely go back. Thank you again!

“At 6:10 today on 5/31/25 the squad in Taco Bell prepared me the best ck quesidilla I've ever had from the company. 99 food grade which I haven't seen a fast food place have in awhile. The team today made my day, Taco Bell really do need to give yall raises for your outstanding shift today!!!!!
ETA: the very next days shift is different, very short and rude. Quesidilla today sucked :(“
