“I love your food and I love the convenience of your location in Clemmons. Five stars for sure, but my feedback for improvement is for you to study the attached photo. This is true for all of the cars in my family. We are pulled exactly where we should be to speak into the ordering microphone. The location on your screen for confirming the order is always impossible to see because it falls right behind the rearview mirror. I watched the people in front of me today Stretch and maneuver to try to get a look at the hidden screen. Just be aware this is not the right location for a quick feedback screen. Instead of reprogramming your board, maybe you can raise the whole screen by 12 inches or so? I know there’s a cost involved in that but I’m sure that 90% of your customers don’t get to see their confirmation screen without backing up or doing something that might risk an accident in your drive-through lane. Just FYI.“
