They’ve gotten my order wrong every single time I’ve gone to this location. Sub-par, even for Taco Bell standards.
Counter service has gone down hill. Why are the 2 teenage girls so rude on Fridany night 09/11/26? Swearing, giggling at my basic questions?
Where are the managers to guide these immature staff?
Long wait for food.

Great people that work at TACO BELL NEAR Walmart off Battleground Greensboro NC. Workers in back and front are efficient and friendly. Food is good. They were not affected by the lettuce news. NC was not one of the states the news mentioned in the broadcast. There were other states but not NC. The food is tasty and delicious. July 25 2026 600pm. Thank you Taco Bell in Greensboro NC off Battleground near Walmart. Great Service Food is good.

Taco Bell offers a variety of menu options, with the Catina chicken bowl being a popular choice for many. The restaurant's experience can vary; some customers have encountered friendly and helpful staff, while others have faced rude behavior from employees. The food quality is generally good, but there have been issues with food presentation and availability. For example, one customer was excited to try items from back in the day but was disappointed to find no apple empanadas available due to limited shipments. The restaurant was empty at the time, making service quick, but long wait times were reported when only two staff members were present, with the manager cooking and a single employee handling both inside and drive-thru. The drive-thru service is recommended over dining inside, especially since some customers have noticed cleanliness issues, like roaches in the dining area. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has a small parking lot. Overall, Taco Bell provides quick service and a standard fast-food experience, though staffing and food availability can sometimes be issues.
