The BIGGEST ISSUE that I see, is the lack of willingness to help the customers!! While employees are standing around, waiting for an order to come across the monitor; they refuse to ask if You need help, or even know how to use the kiosk!!!! The kiosk, should be for people who are in a rush, don't like interacting, or have an understanding of technology!!! My husband and I decided to stop by there at 11pm. I knew it was a bad idea because of the experience we had before with the food . We wore two of the Supreme Lux boxes. Everything was cold. The nachos tasted like old grease. The tea tasted like sugar water, but I substituted that with a Baja blast which you really can’t go wrong with that. I came to pick up a mobile order around 7:15pm through the drive-thru. One item, the beefy potato griller. The service was great. Quick and fast, polite, and friendly. Definitely recommend this location!
