First time going here because my husband wanted Taco Bell. Horrible customer service given by Trinity M.I pulled up to the speaker box, the girl didn't say nothing but "let me know when you're ready".She got the order, repeated it. Throughout the whole interaction she was talking on the speaker box, in the background to ppl working, and to me so I didn't know who she was talking to with her bad attitude.Obviously hates her job and need to stay home. & of course my order was wrong and drink was low.Never going back.

Is it standard practice to take away all the sauce bins when you see customers using them? I know they were full. It’s your average Taco Bell but the staff is rude, and honestly it feels like they don’t want you at the restaurant.

This is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. It's fast, very friendly service, the food is always fresh and since I've started eating healthier a year ago, this is the healthiest cheapest fast food there is in my opinion. Way to go Taco Bell for having a black bean veggie burrito. I usually get two burritos and a water for all for LESS THAN FIVE Dollars!!!Vegetarian options: Black Bean Veggie Burrito is awesome and fairly priced!Kid-friendliness: Everyone of all ages loves tacos, nachos, and American Spanish Cuisine!!!Wheelchair accessibility: This is a curb ramp, although I don't believe the doors are automatic.

I was just there at 1pm today, 12/24/23 and I want to tell thank you and bless you to the sweetest person! I had my card to pay for a beverage and she said, That's all ?"Yes" I replied.Her smile meant so much.Needless to say, I do not look homeless, but I am. Blindsided by family who took all my money.So please pass this on to the TOP OWNERS OF TACO BELL, you have an angel behind that counter and her smile made my eyes tear up. I needed that smile.I said, "Thank you, that's the only Christmas present I will get this year."I still l see her smile and kindness she gave in that moment, because I'm alone.,and kindness means everything to me.Thank you dear, so much.

I want to say a HUGE thank you to the crew at this Taco Bell. It is December 11, 2023, 8:24pm.I ordered at the drive thru and I must have said the wrong meal number because my order wasn't quite correct. I meant to get the 2 chalupa meal and ended up with the 3 taco meal.All the staff I interacted with were so kind and understanding. I hate being the person to ask for my order to be corrected/changed to the point where I usually just don't even say anything because I don't want to upset anyone.I am positive it was my fault the order was wrong and they still apologized and fixed things.And this location gets my order right 99.99% of the time and their restaurant is always cleans any time I go in.So thank you again and again to the crew, y'all were so wonderful.

Everything was good, but on one note, the customer service was lacking. It seemed like they had no one person for the cashier, everyone was making food. The wait time was a bit longer than usual due to not having a cashier at payment time. Lastly, they claimed there was no Baha Blast, but they were giving those orders out to the drive-thru though.

It's Taco Bell, not a nice steakhouse. Food was what I expected, but the ridiculousness of using a kiosk is what dropped the service rating. I don't mind kiosks if I'm in a hurry, but for the most part, do not use them because I don't work for the company. What's next? Instructions on how to prepare and pack my own food? Do away with the stupid kiosk taco bell.
