Courteous and accurate service (on an order with a lot of substitutions), as well as generous portions for fillings & toppings. They also proactively offered us a free soda refill.We always like Taco Bell, but this was a particularly good (and tasty) experience.Vegetarian options: You can request substitutions to make anything vegetarian.
How hard is it to follow an ingredient list? I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and I didn’t even get the hard shell that goes in it and I got sour cream and not the spicy ranch. Sour cream doesn’t even come on it!

Ordered as instructed at the kiosk. I was paying with cash, so I was told to head to the counter to pay I was ignored for the first 5 mins. Finally got to pay and waited 15 mins as I watched the drive through send 8 people off with their orders. Finally got my meal, which was good. Don't bother to go in, go through the drive
