“Absolutely loving Poki Bowl. I’m in here about 2–3 times a week and have been coming for months. The salmon is consistently fresh and a perfect choice for any bowl. The eel sauce is fantastic, and there are a good amount of ingredients to choose from.

I’ve read some complaints about service, but in the past few months the team, especially the manager, has been very attentive and friendly to me.

Also P.S I miss that asian guy, I’m not sure what his name is or if he quit but he made some great bowls. 🤍“

I'm there every Friday and his subs are always made perfectly. They get started on them as soon as I walk inside and at times before I've made it out of the parking lot. “This was a very nice Ruby Tuesday's very clean.. salad bar had a good selection.. food came out came out in a timely manner and looked exactly how it should have..cooked perfect.
I was in in the mid-afternoon not super busy.. right off of 95 easy to get to. would recommend and we'll come again

“Grabbed a quick late dinner tonight and Kamiya (hope I didn’t misspell it) was an absolute sweetheart!! Our sodas were flat and she heard us mentioning it tasted bad and she stopped what she was doing and asked if she could get us another one… after eating our son wanted the ice cream instead of the toy so she again came over and asked if she could get that. So we just made it a family date night and she made it even more special. Keep doing what you are doing from your heart sweet girl. You are beautiful people pleaser. “The young lady that was at the register was extremely rude. The food was as good as it looks. I ordered 1 Large pizza, 1 Large calzone, and 3 chocolate chip cookies. The calzone was raw on the inside. The crust to the pizza was very hard to chew. The cookies were okay. I would not recommend any food to anyone. My husband and I have tried their food a lot and each time the calzone is under cooked. Try at your own risk.

They changed the person behind the register!! The woman that was there today was very courteous, quick, and efficient. Apparently their power had just turned back on when I placed my order. She made our food without missing a beat and provided wonderful customer service. The food looked and tasted much better than last time. We bought a small buffalo chicken pizza and a large calzone.“

“This is by far my favorite chick fil a and I absolutely adore all of the employees. I went in, I was having such a terrible terrible day and the cashier, I never catch her name, but she was absolutely the sweetest and made my entire week. Whatever they are getting paid, it’s not enough. They all deserve raises. It’s rare to find fast food places with good food AND good service, but this is one of those places.“

“Having years of experience in restaurants, I can say that this place has amazing food but unfortunately they aren't in an amazing building and that impacts inspections without having any reflection on the business itself. Tried wings with 3 different sauces & all were great. Catfish was on point and fries were outstanding. The peach drink had me at first taste...like tasting a sweet fresh peach... with a little extra sugar. You get what you pay for and then some but do not sleep on this place“

I was on a time crunch today and she made sure everything was ready when I arrived. All of my requested were fulfilled down to the tee.

She also realized that I accidentally placed my catering order for 9/10 when it should have been 9/9. She proactively called me 20 mins prior to my arrival to confirm it was for 9/10. When I realized the mistake, she was able to put a rush in and have everything prepped upon my arrival. Thank you Latoya!“

“I would like to take a moment to recognize Nana for providing one of the most outstanding dining experiences my family and I have had. From the moment we sat down, she was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. Her level of customer service truly stood out.

Nana stayed on top of everything throughout our visit. Our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask, she checked in at the perfect times, and she made sure our food was exactly to our liking. What impressed me the most was how she went the extra mile for my 77-year-old mother. My mother preferred her asparagus prepared a little differently, and Nana did not hesitate to have it re-cooked to make sure it was perfect for her. That kind of care and attention means a lot.

The food was wonderful, but the service Nana provided is what made the experience truly exceptional. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of from beginning to end.

I sincerely hope management recognizes Nana for her dedication and professionalism. Employees like her represent the very best of customer service, and she absolutely deserves recognition and an outstanding reward for the way she treated our family.

“Delicious food but very little food for the cost. I love Zaxby’s but every time we go we get less and less fries...to the point I can see the bottom of the box when we open it. They chose the container size, it should be full. I don’t get 1/3 of the container of fries at any other restaurant.“

“It was so busy we had to wait for a table. I have never seen this. But the food still came out excellent but just a little slower. Considering how many people were there I'm surprised it wasnt longer. Place was still clean. I just wish the bathroom stalls were bigger. I have 3 little kids so I have to use the handicap stall.“

“Regarding the staff-member Rebecca, she is simply awesome! We live in Southern Pines, NC about an hour away. This Zaxby's is across the street from MAACO paint and body. So, when we brought our car, and picked it up a week later, we ate at Zaxby's on Skibo Road. Rebecca is electric! So friendly, helped us with the menu, brought our food out to us, and came over to check on us!!! My wife and I agree that as crazy as it sounds, we want to come back over and over to try and see Rebecca. She is a true asset to the Zaxby team, and should be given a promotion. Energetic, genuinely caring, and help food service individuals like Rebecca, only come around once in a while. She should be recognized for outstanding service. She is 1st in Class, in my book.“

I called the store, received a coupon but required I pick it up to get the coupon value. Since I have no car it was useless to me. I've stopped ordering from here because of it.“
