“Listen someone needs to know about James. His customer service is A1. He’s smiling he’s very patient and informative. He took the time to let me know about the app and the scan Bar at the bottom of the receipt. I even observed to see how he would treat the customer behind me and he didn’t disappoint. She had never been there so he gave her samples so that she would pick something she liked, explained the menu and told her about the app and gave her some kind of brochure. He again was just as nice to the customer after her. He is such a breath of fresh air and I will look for him when I return. The other cashier was nice too. Not sure of her name but she wore glasses and has red at the ends of her hair. She was very nice to her customers as well. I don’t mind spending money but I look for great service as a business owner stress this to my employees as well!Class act cleaning professionals if you ever need commercial cleaning ok a shameless plug . “Food is great! Alot of fresh, healthy options. My protein of choice is the chicken kebab. Love the house made juice blends and their options. Workers were friendly, great service.The atmosphere is good.. my only gripe is dirty seats. There was old food and crumbs not being cleaned from the actual wooden seat benches. Seeing that these wooden benches have fabric cushions on them.. it seems like the company would have these professionally cleaned quarterly. The fabric cushions were stained up pretty bad.All in all.. this is a great place to eat, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. “Bought lunch for my staff from Romeo’s. Ordering was super easy. Full selection menu of both regular and deep dish pizza (after all today is Deep Dish Pizza Day!), cheesy breadsticks, salad and dessert. Romeo’s Customer Relations Manager Lynn Lacourse is so friendly and a delight to work with. Romeo’s is a must if pizza is on your to do list!“
“I only go to the restaurant on Ramsey street. The manager and his staff are amazing. Hope Mills use to be out go to until the manager aka son of original owner was rude on several occasions and I have been going there since he was a kid. Trust I will never go back to that location. The one on Owen drive cannot get a order right ever. And the on on skibo is disgusting and takes more than 30 mins to get your food done with me being the only person in there. So want amazing fresh food order always done right and amazing service take the time and drive to go to Ramsey Street location their amazing and is the only one I and my husband go to.“

“Before the Baldino’s closed on Ramsey Street, every time I would call they already knew what my order was going to be. I miss that. But I still go to the Eastern Boulevard location because I love Baldino’s subs and their french fries are banging. The bread is always fresh and the cheese and meat is always cut just the Way I like it. My family loves Baldino’s.“
