Our 8 year old said, “this is amazing.” Large family cost saving: order the Sweet Grace and share it between two kids instead of ordering multiple Little Grace plates off of the kids menu.“

“I love this place. I took my girlfriend here for our first date and for Valentine’s Day, and it delivered both times. The vibe is always on point. Even when the place is packed to the walls, the servers stay friendly like they’ve got unlimited patience on tap.

The music is legit Italian, they hand out roses like they got a florist in the back, and honestly the whole atmosphere feels like the kind of spot that helps seal the deal for any date night.

But they are open plenty of hours for a family operating a restaurant, prices have gone up everywhere, and service has been quick and friendly every time we’ve eaten here. The food is amazing. “We had a group of 6 walk in the restaurant on a Saturday when they were busy and sat us within 5 mins. The greeter to the server (Milana) were fantastic. Milana was super attentive and explained the specials so well I ordered the Warm Apple Cider Wine and it was absolutely delicious. From the caprese to the Chicken Picatta was delicious. The garlic knots were so so amazing as was the tiramisu was to die for. We came in from Chicago for the holidays and and local restaurants and we will definitely be back. Thank you Pierro's for making our trip that much more special.“

“As an Italian (born and raised), I can say with absolute confidence that this is the only place in Fayetteville that makes REAL italian food.
If you come here expecting to eat gigantic portions of fettuccine Alfredo, pepperoni pizza or garlic bread dipped in butter, know that you will be disappointed. For that you can go to Olive Garden or all other restaurants cosplaying as “Italian” around here. But if you want to experience the real italian cuisine and especially Neapolitan pizza this is definitely the place! It is like a home away from home 🏡“

“I have now been able to experience the Skibo Rd location twice and each time I ordered something different. I love the fact that much of the food is made to order. Which made my hubby’s low calorie diet & my low sodium diet super easy. Today I requested a grilled chicken with no salt and the hand made chips with no salt They were very good. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I do not mind the bit of wait for food when they are busy because the food is so good and made to order. Thank you for a lovely experience. “I would like to take a moment to recognize Nana for providing one of the most outstanding dining experiences my family and I have had. From the moment we sat down, she was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. Her level of customer service truly stood out.

Nana stayed on top of everything throughout our visit. Our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask, she checked in at the perfect times, and she made sure our food was exactly to our liking. What impressed me the most was how she went the extra mile for my 77-year-old mother. My mother preferred her asparagus prepared a little differently, and Nana did not hesitate to have it re-cooked to make sure it was perfect for her. That kind of care and attention means a lot.

The food was wonderful, but the service Nana provided is what made the experience truly exceptional. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of from beginning to end.

I sincerely hope management recognizes Nana for her dedication and professionalism. Employees like her represent the very best of customer service, and she absolutely deserves recognition and an outstanding reward for the way she treated our family.
