“First time visitor. The staff, especially young woman at register, were great. I had a whole sub, which was too much for me. Wife had panini. Everything was clean fresh, tasty. For me, I had trouble understanding the menu b/c the big words. Sounds silly, but I may have ordered something that was not my thing. BUT, it was well prepared, but I did not know what I was ordering. Overall five stars.“

“Listen someone needs to know about James. His customer service is A1. He’s smiling he’s very patient and informative. He took the time to let me know about the app and the scan Bar at the bottom of the receipt. I even observed to see how he would treat the customer behind me and he didn’t disappoint. She had never been there so he gave her samples so that she would pick something she liked, explained the menu and told her about the app and gave her some kind of brochure. He again was just as nice to the customer after her. He is such a breath of fresh air and I will look for him when I return. The other cashier was nice too. Not sure of her name but she wore glasses and has red at the ends of her hair. She was very nice to her customers as well. I don’t mind spending money but I look for great service as a business owner stress this to my employees as well!Class act cleaning professionals if you ever need commercial cleaning ok a shameless plug . “Food is great! Alot of fresh, healthy options. My protein of choice is the chicken kebab. Love the house made juice blends and their options. Workers were friendly, great service.The atmosphere is good.. my only gripe is dirty seats. There was old food and crumbs not being cleaned from the actual wooden seat benches. Seeing that these wooden benches have fabric cushions on them.. it seems like the company would have these professionally cleaned quarterly. The fabric cushions were stained up pretty bad.All in all.. this is a great place to eat, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. “This has to be one of the best sandwich shops in North Carolina or the East Coast. I used to eat here all the time when I was stationed at Fort Bragg. Went back recently for a visit and had to eat here again. I'm happy to report that nothing has changed, they still serve delicious sandwiches. I love Baldino's. The people were incredibly friendly and service was fast and polite. Wish we had these in Texas.“

“Before the Baldino’s closed on Ramsey Street, every time I would call they already knew what my order was going to be. I miss that. But I still go to the Eastern Boulevard location because I love Baldino’s subs and their french fries are banging. The bread is always fresh and the cheese and meat is always cut just the Way I like it. My family loves Baldino’s.“

I went in, I was having such a terrible terrible day and the cashier, I never catch her name, but she was absolutely the sweetest and made my entire week. I was disappointed to learn that my favorite soup was out of stock, but the vegan chili was a fair substitute.
