went today to try the Mr beast feast able box as a curbside. had to go in after waiting 15 mins after pickup time to find out it was placed with door dash pickup items. Mgr didn't seem concerned stated guess kitchen didn't call it as a curbside. so food was cold
soggy n not tasty. never got the advertised beast chocolate bar as paid for. never going back wasted 27 dollars on chicken tenders box. staff not concerned about mistake guess it happens alot. did get 3 free cookies...read full review
I just left Zaxby’s located on 130 S 3rd Street, Spring Lake, NC to order two boneless combo meals. After receiving my meals and pulled over to eat, I noticed my meals were cold and the fries were old. I turned my car around to head back to this location to request that my food be recooked. After being informed by the drive-thru food server that it will take 15 minutes to recook boneless wings I asked for a refund. Just went to Zaxby’s and tried to order something. A female said can you wait a minute? I said sure. A few minutes later I had to leave but it was interesting to me why i was waiting because when I pulled around there was literally no one in line! So what was I waiting for? I’ll take my business elsewhere. The other place I went to didn’t ask me to wait.
