We came in with our two babies, and she was absolutely amazing: attentive, kind, and always taking care of everything before we even had to ask. The oysters were so good that we ordered them four times! We also loved the Tuesday happy hour specials, which made everything even better. Tonight they even had a Grinch, and my little one completely fell in love with him—he was so sweet and kind. It made the night extra special for our family. This is honestly the best dining experience I’ve had in three years. I’m Italian, and tipping isn’t part of our culture, but tonight Tiffany truly deserved the very best. She made us feel welcome, relaxed, and cared for from start to finish. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful night!“

“I didn't have high expectations, but they definitely exceeded it. Service was low key, but friendly and helpful. I appreciated that because it was my first time and trying to use the electronic ordering device was confusing as I was in a hurry. It took less than 10-12 minutes for my food to be ready. The teriyaki chicken with fried rice and yum yum sauce was delicious and filling. The dining area was more updated than I expected. It was comfortable and clean. I recommend this place.“

“Have always wanted to go here… it’s .4 miles from my home I bought last year… but my timing is always off and my wife doesn’t care for seafood. Today I finally got to get there and it did not disappoint. I couldn’t decide between the catfish plate or the shrimp plate, so I got both. The shrimp were huge, and the catfish were delicious, unfortunately I got there late in the day and missed out on the hush puppies, but the fries made up for it. Will certainly be going back.“

“On Wednesday, October 16, 2024, Ms. Nita and her staff (Huge shout out to Caroline) catered a special luncheon for our principal, Dr. Shanessa Fenner, at William T. Brown Elementary School. We were celebrating Dr. Fenner’s Principal of the Year win and it was also her birthday. When I say the food was INCREDIBLE…… it’s nothing but true facts!!! Nita’s Kitchen did their thing!!! We are a tough team/family to please when it comes to our “chew”, and Nita’s Kitchen more than exceeded our expectations. We had everything: The yams, the green beans, the rice and gravy, the beef stew and rice, the collard greens and the MAC N CHEESE!! There was NOTHING left!! We enjoyed every bit of it. I can’t say enough about how good the food tasted. Everyone is still talking about it and asking for the location of the restaurant. Ms. Nita and Nita’s Kitchen, the staff of WTBES thanks you all for serving such a delicious meal and we appreciate you for going above and beyond and blessing us with such a flavorful experience.“

“I ordered the catfish plate with fried okra and hush puppies with a side of Cole slaw. The fish came in very generous portion, golden brown and delicious. The okra were fried to perfection and the hush puppies were delicious. The slaw not so good. For the price of the food...well worth it. Will definitely be returning.“

“The food was good and I would probably come back and try it again . 2 tables in thwrw when we walked in. The lady took a while to get to us ...definitely wasn't in a hurry but neither were we so it didn't bother us too much. Once we ordered ...it took us about another 5 min to get our drinks. Food comes out ..asked for the alligator bites first but it all came together. I got ribs ...for $18 expected more than a 1/3 rack of ribs.(4 bones) and a 1/2 of baked potato. Mac n cheese was a regular size side portion . The lady working the front was friendly but needed some help for sure. it was just too busy for just one person. He loved his frog legs and red beans and rice . Wasn't a bad experience but definitely wasn't the best either .“
