“The food was hot and delicious. I asked for extra ketchup for my big hit ham and cheese with fries. I pulled over to eat, and there was not any ketchup in the bag. I pull up to go inside to get some ketchup at 8 p.m., and the doors are locked. I had to get back in the drive-thru line behind the cars already there. I get up to the window, and she's says $28.44, and I tell her I did not get any ketchup. I finally, after 10 more minutes after getting my food, I finally git the ketchup I originally asked for.”

“I stopped in for a wedgie. (I’m from pa so getting a wedgie down here is so awesome) I didn’t catch his name but my cashier (I think they might’ve been the manager) was amazing. Called me by my name. Made sure my order was cooked with Italian dressing and banana peppers (the yinzer way). They made sure I had extra Italian dressing 😊They provided the nostalgia I needed today. Thank you I needed it today. My only criticism is they need to wrap the wedgies in foil.”

“Left White Lake to return home to Greensboro. I love mom and pop type shops and had wanted to try Big Daddy's. I went out of the way to try them on the way back to Greensboro, I am glad I did. When I arrived in Autryville, I was convinced that google gave me bad directions. Little store front in the middle of nowhere. Walked in and just loved the old store full of friendly people. They had good food and good prices. Fed 4 of us for about 25 bucks. The combination of a rural setting and good, friendly people, and a laid back environment makes this place somewhere I will visit anytime I visit white lake. Small family owned places like this with good food are hard to find, I will be back in the future and encourage others to travel to Autryville and enjoy the small town charm you will find here.”

“Got the Grande Cinnamon Latte and oatmeal with steamed coconut milk and honey. The barista put the honey in first then the hot milk. Wonderful idea! I added a third shot to the Latte. Great breakfast!”

“This was a very nice Ruby Tuesday's very clean.. salad bar had a good selection.. food came out came out in a timely manner and looked exactly how it should have..cooked perfect.
I was in in the mid-afternoon not super busy.. right off of 95 easy to get to. would recommend and we'll come again

“I had just arrived after a long journey, was staying at the hotel, and decided to come here for dinner. Everything was absolutely fine!

I had the burger and fries. Simple, tasty, and my plate was empty by the end, which says it all. The staff were also very friendly and attentive and I felt well taken care of.

I know some reviews here are quite critical, but that really wasn’t my experience. For me, it was a pleasant place to have dinner. Don’t let the reviews put you off!”

“Today I visited Escape 58 in Wade NC. I live nearby and pass through this area on a regular basis. The place is very clean and quiet because they had just opened for the day at 5 pm. There were two other customers and myself so it was quiet and peaceful. It was 100 degrees today so I stopped in for a cold drink and went home. My server was friendly. I didn't order food.”

“I am a sub club member, therefore a frequent flyer. This was the crappiest local subway I’ve been to. Food was not prepared as ordered, not toasted and toppings incorrect. Waited ten minutes for someone to hand me the dang sandwich I had ordered online. Go up a couple of exits if you want a good experience. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this spot. NO WAY.”
