Pick up order that had the wrong toppings and crust. It was ready on time, but very disappointing to drive all the way home to discover it’s not what we ordered. Management did give us a replacement pizza in our account.

I order from this papa johns often. I use the papa johns app to order, the “papa dough” rewards are great, and my pizza arrives quickly and hot. I’ve honestly never had any issues in the past three years that I can recall, they are always nice to me. Then again I am respectful and treat them like human beings. I’ve also never seen anyone walking around in socks or anyone scratching dandruff into the food either.. some of these reviews are ridiculous.

My mom placed an order on the app, and it said the delivery option wasn't available. So we went to pick it up (five cars there with delivery lights on top, btw), got there at the time it said the pizza would be done, and were told it'd be another 10-15 minutes. Ok, that's fine - so while waiting we check the tracker on the app and it said the pizza had already been picked up! So we had no way of knowing if it was done or not.
