toppings are non existent out of 8 slices of a typical pizza only 5 pieces had 1 slice of salami other 3 were just cheese the buffalo chicken papadia had 3 tiny slices of chicken but was loaded with onions this place was bad 2 years ago now it’s almost certain to close soon flat out bad a red baron pizza is by far better but i guess it’s great they share parking lots with food lion where you can get a better pizza

It's a typical Papa John's, you don't go there for good pizza but convenience.Went to pay for my pizza and they would not accept my money. Never been anywhere in America that won't take cash. I would have left the pizza sitting on the counter and walked out but I used my reward points to pay for part of it. I had to use a card to pay for the rest because I guess we no longer accept cash here in America. No worries I will never be back here again.

I haven't ordered Papa John's pizza in nearly 8 years and I should just go ahead and keep it that way. Pizza was absolutely tasteless, barely any sauce, the crust was barely manageable to chew. There's no better ingredients in the pizzas made in this pizza chain as far as I'm concerned. I ordered online and I chose the option to have my pizza brought out to my car, as I was expecting to get service and continue on my way to run a few more errands before heading home. I parked in the parking lot, notified on the app that "I'm here", cut on my hazard lights and waited. 10 minutes passed by, so I decided to go into the store and see what's going on. I mentioned I was waiting for 10 minutes and the cashier just said "yeah, but there's a sign you have to drive up to", and pointed at this small sign that is perched in front of a brick pillar between the Chinese restaurant next door and the pizza shop itself. That sign is barely visible from the parking lot and regardless, they saw my vehicle in the parking lot and didn't bother to walk out to where I had been waiting. Overall, Papa John's still isn't worth spending money on. You'd get a better deal with buying a store bought pizza from Food Lion in that shopping center than what you'd be getting from Papa John's.

Cashier was terrible. Waited while he was placing stickers on empty boxes for minutes. Finally I spoke up he said wait. I said pizza getting cold. He said it’s on warming shelf. I said what about taking care of waiting customer. He said wait. Unbelievable. Don’t go to this store.

I ordered two pizzas with extra sauce and hot wings.. the pizza came dry and thin and the wings were bare with a dash of hot sauce.. I just wasted my money
Pick up order that had the wrong toppings and crust. It was ready on time, but very disappointing to drive all the way home to discover it’s not what we ordered. Management did give us a replacement pizza in our account.

Here i am again for the 3rd time. This short of it is absolutely trash!!! Order pizza stuff crust half pepperoni and boneless wing. pizza was cold, wing didnt have any suace on them again... Sadly my wife called in to a rude and very disrespect employee that refused to give its name but after being asked to put the manager on the phone he disconnected us. Called back and got the same person ask for there name and for corporates number. The manager Isiah got on the phone defend his employee actions and then gave us a fake number to a tech support. ? this will be my last post on this store. I hope everyone read this and doesnt bither wasting thier hard earn money on this store.

The last time a order pizza from this establishment. Spent $62 on this over priced pizza, shows up over an hour late, luke warm and when I called all they could offer was a half hearted apology. What's worse is I live less than a mile away.

Check your order before you leave. I ordered a 12 inch thick crust pizza and the girl said I cannot get thick crust unless I order a bigger pizza. I ordered a 14 inch thick crust pizza and waited 20 minutes and was handed a 14 inch thin crust pizza after four or five minutes of the girl looking for my pizza because she “could not find my order”.I checked my order when I walked out the door and it was thin crust. I went back inside and told her I wanted thickcrust that’s why I agreed to pay for the bigger pizza. I was told 10 more minutes. Came back 10 minutes later and was handed a 12 inch pizza. I asked to speak with the manager and he said oh, I thought you wanted a medium , I said I told you she said I could not get a 12 inch thick crust that’s why I paid more money for a 14 inch.I was obviously frustrated. Told him I wanted my money back and a free pizza after waiting 30 minutes. He said since I was rude he would refund my pizza and I needed to go. Asked for the owners phone number and he said he was the owner, which I highly doubt because he looked to be about 23 years old.
