Last week, I went to McDonald’s on Bragg Blvd/Sycamore Dairy Rd and ordered a hot mocha coffee. Then, I went and sat at the table outside in front of the building and drank my coffee. After about 15 min, I decided to top off my coffee with some regular coffee to warm it up. I had drank about 2/3 of it and didn’t want to drink the last 1/3 cold. Still outside in curbside awaiting my remade coffee that's the same EVERY time I come but came out as a small without barely an ice cube in it and I specifically pay for extra caramel it's listed literally how you check things off in customize so I'm not sure why ppl always look at me crazy when I hand them back the wrong coffee.
