“They make great pizzas but you got to watch who's around because there's sketchy people but the staff and Little Caesars and the way they make pizzas They're spot on very good and they work the butts off so I gave them a lot of respect“
“Last night we placed an order at the Little Caesars on Raeford road accidentally ordered ham and bell peppers instead of ham and pineapple.
The staff at Little Caesars even though it was not their fault apologized and made me a the correct pizza at no additional charge amazing customer service.“
“Little caesars is sort of a hit or miss when it comes to pizza. I always love their cheesy bread, and that's always delicious! Their slices and sticks pizza is good. However, it's not the same as ordering a pizza and cheesy bread individually. The customer service is typically really good, and the timing is also quick. I don't typically go inside. However, the few times that I have, It's been descent, not dirty. I would give Little Caesars 5 stars, but it's not ALWAYS excellent pizza or custom service. I always give my honest opinion so that when people read my reviews, at least I know I am giving Hey completely honest review. I would always recommend Little Caesars. They just don't get five stars in my book because it's not one hundred percent every single time perfection.“
“Stuffed crust was so delicious, pizza portal was awesome and efficient, for the amount of high volume this store sees, Highly recommend using through the app. I ordered the wrong drink and they were more than amenable. We're always satisfied and carryout anywhere from 0-2x a month for 2 years. Usually once a month. (Kids lol)“
“I recently had a disappointing experience at a Little Caesar’s drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, I waited a few minutes for an attendant to come forward and take my information. After letting him know I had a mobile order, he directed me to park at the front of the store, where he said my order would be hand-delivered.
After 20 minutes of waiting, I watched as the car behind me received their large order (5+ items) before I even got my single Italian bread. The lack of communication only made things worse, especially when I realized I wasn’t the only one left waiting. A man two cars behind me was also frustrated and eventually cursed out the attendant, a heavy-set guy with glasses. Honestly, I felt bad for the man being cursed out, but mannnn get it together.
Little Caesar’s is known for convenience and speed, but this location seriously missed the mark. They need to improve on communication and efficiency if they want to retain customers.“
