“Excellent, attentive staff who went above and beyond to offer friendly customer service. I walked in hoping to get a same day cake and the young woman came right over and helped me pick one out and offered to decorate it. She had a great attitude. This was my first time coming in over a year because the last time the workers were annoyed and didn’t have ANY chocolate ice cream in stock… so glad I gave them another chance! We even stayed and ordered lunch before going.“
“My husband and I went to get the 85 cent blizzard deal tonight. I tried to order through my app, but it would not let me apply the deal. When we went inside, Nester helped us fix the issue. He provided fantastic customer service, some of the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time. He was kind, understanding, and very personable. We will definitely be returning to this location.“

I loved the Mocha Brownie Mudslide! I think they should added to the menu. It's delicious and refreshing, I love coffee and chocolate and this one was perfect for me. I also love the strawberry cheesecake. But this one is limited time.“
