“I’ve lived in Fayetteville for 5 years. I’ve only come to this Burger King a handful of times because of the poor customer service I’ve received. Tonight I went and Ms. Latasha has given me a fresh perspective of the standard of customer service. She was absolutely amazing at a time when normally people would be focused on clocking out, considering I came an hour before closing. She insisted on getting me what I wanted, even if she had to make something fresh for me. I will be coming to see Ms. Latasha more often. She was phenomenal!“

“The manager, Lakeisha, I believe, was great. My order, Double Whopper, cheeseburger,add extra mayo and ketchup on it, the BK chicken sandwich with Swiss and mushrooms with extra mayo. Was the best, I promise you.. and add cheesy tots on it. There are only two Burger King's here in Fayetteville, and this is one of them. I will drive 30 minutes to come back to this one“
“This location is usually really good about getting my order correct, and it is normally hot/fresh when I pick it up. This time. I was pulled forward and when i got home. Realized i didnt get my double cheeseburgers :( It's usually warm when I get it from doordash.The workers are usually quite pleasant too. There were a couple times I went and they were a little rude, but I chalked it up to it being busy.“
“I love this place so much! I go here 2 to 3 times a week due to the customer service (and the 2 for $5 whopper jr. has a little to do with it too). Worth it in every way to stop by here if you like burger king or like fast food in general!Vegetarian options: Veggie burger tastes just like a real one! “It was early afternoon so we were the only customers eating in that day. They made all of our food fresh so it was piping hot. The soda fountain wasn't working but they offered frozen slushy drinks. The cashier didn't even look friendly let alone welcoming. But... She served us well. We are in the middle of a heatwave but the AC wasn't the best. Overall we all enjoyed our visit. I love fresh hot food, even fast food. ?“
“Good as really good for being fast food with very high calories. Wish there were a fast food place that had slightly healthier options though that were easy to eat while driving. Also it's been a few years since I had gotten fast food and remember all the meals being under 9 or 10 dollars and now they're all 12 or more.“
“This location was easy to order in the drive thru and the young lady working was very professional and courteous. She thanked me for my order and said to have a good day. My food was hot and prepared the way I wanted it. The line was long however the wait was not.I appreciate good service and food. This place gets 5 stars for that.“
