Burger King in Fayetteville

“I went through the drive through 1/14/26 at 12:15pm the lady who took my order was very well spoken and upbeat! She repeated my order to me at the window handed my drink to me, asked if I needed ketchup (I always forget) I said yes please and she put it in my bag for me handed my bag and notified me that my straw is inside the bag. Best customer service and energy ever!! In this city it’s so hard to find positive energy and great customer service! I asked her name and I don’t know how to spell it so sorry if I’m wrong but Taliyah with that positive attitude and attention to detail I promise you will reach the stars. Thanks for great experience!!“

“I feel like they’re under new management cause WOW they definitely RULE. I used to dread having to go to this Burger King and wanting to pay more at the other restaurants cause the service used to be terrible. However, as of late the service has been quick, outstandingly friendly, and food quality has also gone up! Selena is my favorite friendly face and now I go out of my way to come to BK again just to be welcomed by her. “So busy in there with only 3 women working Jacinta, que, and Ella they busting out order after order while being nice to customers, my order had no mistakes and was the right temperature. My ice coffee was good and when I asked for a little more black coffee they treated me I felt like a king for real. I love that crew I’d be back“

“It was early afternoon so we were the only customers eating in that day. They made all of our food fresh so it was piping hot. The soda fountain wasn't working but they offered frozen slushy drinks. The cashier didn't even look friendly let alone welcoming. But... She served us well. We are in the middle of a heatwave but the AC wasn't the best. Overall we all enjoyed our visit. I love fresh hot food, even fast food. ?“

“I love Burger King, I always get the double whopper with cheese. At most places that got dry you have to add ketchup to it to get it not dry with a little bit of flavor.
But the Burger King here you don't have to do that. It's juicy, you don't have to add ketchup to it. It's the best place to get the double whopper with cheese, because they fix it the same way as they did when they first opened up. It's delicious.
Every time I go through Fayetteville NC, I make sure to go there to eat.“

“I come here and frequently when I’m traveling between Fayetteville and my current city. I’m always pleased with the service. This time Sheila helped me.

She was quick and efficient plus she had a smile. She even convinced me to get an ice cream cone from here for the first time and I’m glad she did because I ate it all the way down to the come.

“I went inside to order. Waited on chicken sandwiches and the server said it was because she was making fresh chicken. Needless to say another server brought some older pieces of chicken to make my sandwiches AFTER I waited on fresh ones. Alittle disappointed because they were not hot at all.“

“This place is easily a 4 star store aside from the parking lot set up their food is usually fresh and their customer service is surprisingly refreshing given the amount of pressure from the competition in the area. Would love to give 5 stars.“
