Waited in line for over 15minutes to still receive cold food. After asking for a refund the general manager basically throws the money at my husband. Customer Service was horrible from the manager.
Went to BK this morning for my school age child because he was running late for school and he would not make breakfast at school. Order sausage biscuit with cheese which was 3.79 and small fruit punch which was 1.89. Total came to 6.13. So when I got to the window and ask for my military discount the employee said you only get discount for orders that are 10.00 or more.
